So they were out of biscuits, probably because the employees take them home, because the drive thru and lobby was empty, I can tell one employee was dumb high, I ordered a chicken bowl and only got four tiny pieces of what looked like chicken nuggets, I had to eat half of the mash potatoes and corn, just to enjoy it with the chicken and I could taste that the fries were cooked in old oil, they need to shut that place down, because the management and owners don’t care about that establishment

Placed an order online – Arrived at the store, they informed us they had no chicken tenders, no mashed potatoes, no fries, no cole slaw, and no biscuits. Tried to cancel the order, and were informed that we could not cancel and they couldn’t get us a refund. Had to involve calling the corporate office just to get our money back from an order they couldn’t fill.

Ordered online through the KFC website, paid, was told the order would be ready in 10 minutes. Drive there, go in, no order in the online order area, so I wait. I’m the only customer there, and I was ignored by the people behind the counter. Finally, someone asks me what I need. He asks the manager, and I hear her say, “We don’t have it”. Guy comes back and tells me to go to another KFC, because they are out of everything except regular chicken. I point out that we paid for the food already, and the manager finally comes to talk to me. I was told we had to cancel the order online. I tell her we can’t, because the order was closed out. She turned her back on me and walked away. Never again. Took my business to J.J.’s, instead (they have better chicken, anyway)

Had to do a star to be able to review, but they don’t deserve any. Worst customer service, and trying to order chicken, forget about it. Employee told me 16 minutes wait time so I pulled around and sat in the parking lot, waited 16 mins, went back through and whe I asked for a 8 piece bucket, was told again 16 minutes. When I told her that’s what I was told 16 minutes prior, she stammered and said that was for spicey. This store is a joke. Been going down hill for years.

As you can see in pictures provided, no car infront or behind but yet they always tell you to stop as if there’s another car infront of you. If I could give them negative stars I would. And to top it off take the 25 min from the time I pull up to the speaker and get me food with no one waiting. Why do I keep going if service is so bad? Its the only close to where I live and is on the way to work too. Horrible…its always the same skinny lady too, very bad attitude too

They honestly don’t deserve any stars . I went to grab something to eat on my 30min lunch and I was not greeted. I waited for a good while to see if anyone of the three employees was coming to the register to take my order or even acknowledge me but no one said anything. The cook walked up to the food warmer and made eye contact with me and he didn’t say anything. After that I said never mind and walked out. I work in retail so whenever I see someone come in my store I greet them and ask if there’s anything I can help them with? I refuse to buy anything from this location and they all were older so they definitely should’ve pulled out the training they had if any
