The food isn’t terrible, but it is very hit or miss. Sometimes it’s okay. Sometimes it really isn’t great. They have a coca cola freestyle machine that I like. It is right in front of the door, so when there is a line to get drinks, it kind of blocks the front door. Ice cream is almost always good. Meal deal prices aren’t bad. I recommend going in to eat because in my experience the food will be hotter. It looks much cleaner in there after they redid it.

The young man at the drive through was friendly and efficient, the food however.. COLD fries. Not fully cooked fries. Burger so sloppy with too much ketchup. They need a true manager to properly train them and learn correct fry times. Three of us each got a different carbonated drink. They were all 3 horrible. Way to much carbonation, no flavor at all.

We first walked in and the store is newly remodeled. It looks like it’ll be a nice place but the customer service is ridiculous. The crew is extremely unprofessional..the manager walks around with a backwards hat not helping his new employees. The guy cooking in the back, has ear buds in and was playing on his phone. Set his phone down put gloves on and started making food.

this particular Dairy Queen has recently been renovated. on that note they did a fantastic job. The inside looks amazing. The staff on the other hand needs a little renovation themselves. I think after the Covid thing happened there’s so many businesses that have lost out on great employees that were there for a long time and knew their job and we’re good at their job and now the world is stuck with the dregs of society trying to make a dime to make their bills. what we received for our order was a disappointment to say the least. I think their service and their food will improve over time.

I’m glad that they finally upgraded Dairy Queen. It was well overdue. I went through the drive-through today and the food was fresh and I got through the line pretty quickly. Which was good considering there were about six cars in front of me. In the past that would’ve taken 45 minutes. Overall, it looks nice and definitely a lot better than before.

Service is by far the slowest in the area. You could probably go to a dine in restaurant and eat faster than you get your drive through order here. They don’t offer dine in and the the food you get in drive through is slopped together and messy. Hard to eat a burger with the outside of the bun covered in sauce when trying to also drive. This place is continuously going down hill. Only gave two stars because staff was friendly and polite.
