They’re nice but they get the orders mixed up a lot. there driving through window. You could sit there forever, drive around and come in and they still act like nothing’s ever happened sometimes we backed up tried to ring the bill. The bill didn’t work. We called them. My credit card was charged for food I didn’t get; when I called the staff to ask for owners name they gave me the wrong number I called again ask for the owners number they gave me another wrong number. I called for a third time and finally they gave me the correct number. I left a message for the said owner and he has yet to return my call. I am reporting this as fraudulent behavior on my credit card.

Do not recommend!! I sat at the drive thru window for 10 minutes after they told me my food would be ready and nobody came to help me while my food was sitting there getting cold. When I explained I had been sitting for 10 minutes with no help and my food was cold the girl asked the manager could they remake my food and explained the situation. He didn’t apologize or say a word to me other than, “drop her some new fries”. Not an I’m sorry or nothing.

They have a drive thru I waited in the drive thru 10 minutes and never acknowledged. I then went inside stood at the register for another 10 minutes never acknowledged. One waitress leans over the side of the counter right beside me to talk to her friend but never said a word to me. First and last time I will ever be there. If u want service I would not go here. It would be quicker to go home and cook it before you even got a waitress to do anything for you.

VERY!!!!!poor customer service!!!! I placed a takeout order over the phone. I repeated my order 3 times and the young man repeated my order correctly back to me. When the order was picked up the order was completely wrong!!!!! I was missing a hot dog, chili cheese fries and chicken cheesesteak was a steak cheesesteak. Manger Joe had a nasty attitude and he made me feel like it was my fault my order was incorrect. So please check your order before leaving!! Because my receipt DID NOT show me what I order! So as far I know I paid and I was not asking for free food I was only getting what I paid for!!!!

Phone and website didn’t work so we went in, everyone was professional and the food was delicious. Dixie was sweet and took care of everything. Definitely recommend the burgers. Atmosphere was nice and homey.
