This place is a great place to eat, it is the only place around here that you can get a good breakfast. The staff is friendly and attentive except for the Management. The last two times we have been the manager Dawn white had over worked and understaffed waitresses and sat back and never once offered to help. Today while here the soap in the woman’s bathroom was empty. We mentioned it to our waitress who clearly was very busy. We watched as she mentioned it to the manager and saw her refuse to go take care of the situation. Dawn white has done nothing every time we have been here to help her staff, she walks around and sees trash on the floor, dirty tables,, and walks right past. These ladies work hard for little pay and this management is running off the best workers they have. Kudos to Kayla our waitress for taking care of us. We hope they don’t run her off too. When selecting management maybe you should base it on work ethic not a title. While eating our food the chicken sandwich that was ordered for one of the kids was raw, asked for previous mentioned manager and her attitude towards the situation was less than concerned, this is unexcusable and not sure if we will be returning.

The food was on point, hot and delicious. Our only issue was the time it took us to get our meal. 30 minutes just to eat breakfast but we will be back because the food was great.

HuddleBurger Plate was supposed to come with fries. Waitress was nice but this isn’t like any Huddle House we’ve been too. Their fries portion was like 6-7 skinny but shorter than McDonalds sized french fries. Even less amount than McDonald’s Small Fries . And at the price you pay for a platter or combo at Huddle House in Claxton you should get a decent portion of fries. Was not given anymore fries was just told management / owners limit side portions to 5 oz… This was like 1.5 oz’s if that. Plus You won’t get the lettuce or tomato unless you ask for it for your Classic Huddle Burger Plate unless you ask. As stated waitress was nice just stated the policy they are required to go by.

Food is about what you would expect at a place like this. It’s not bad but it’s also not the best. I mainly come here just to hang out with friends and this is one of I think 3 diners in the area. Service highly depends on which waitress you get. A couple are amazing. Others not so much. You can definitely tell which ones are busting their butts compared to the ones who seem kinda lost or just don’t want to be there. Atmosphere is kinda basic. Nothing special about it. A good bit of the pricing is fair. Although I feel that having an appetizer the same price as a meal is a bit greedy.
