Had to get some Popeyes between flights. Luckily my flight docked a couple of gates down. Long line to order but they had a quick system to handle the orders. Love that red beans and rice.

Horrible food! We were waiting for my mom at the airport and decided to grab a bite to eat. My daughter and I ordered 2 chicken sandwiches. I heard a lady behind me ask “do you have chicken sandwiches?”!when it was her turn to order and they told her “no, we are out” umm…what? How are they out if we just ordered 2 and they never said anything. We got our sandwiches and the bun was super hard, the Mayo was curdled in it, pickles were slimy and frankly, the sandwiches looked a week old. Then I see a gnat on my bun. Nasty. So we wasted $20. I will never eat here again.

Sad, they should know “please & thank you”, customer service manners, languages, food service ethics, and more.

The customer service here is so nasty and rude! I honestly will never come here again. The women working front counter need to be talked to about how customer service should be. I’m a flight attendant I know how busy this airport can be, as well as frustrating. However it gives these ladies no right to be rude or talk aggressively to paying customers who are already overpaying for simple food. 0-10 I’m truly disappointed in the staff as a whole.

I’m gonna have to give some love to the D terminal Popeyes rn. Not only was my chicken fresh, the employees were all lovely, kind, fun and on point. If I had half the enthusiasm as these ladies, I’d be in a whole different place in my life. Much love and thanks so much I hope you all have a safe year ❤️

We will be definitely speaking on the worst experience at the Popeyes in Atlanta airport atrium the cashier was so mean and disrespectful too our boss she told she can’t take his money and get out the line and come back when he has change and she had change in her draw talking about it’s against company policy to accept his $50 dollar bill truly disrespectful and worst experience ever we will never dine her agin or even stop by too purchase a meal and we will be talking about this on our vlog and podcast.

My husband and I went here while waiting,. I would never do it again, we got the family meal with two side which was mashed potatoes and gravy and French fries that we didn’t get . There’s no number to call and complain or report to. They’re just lazy and DON’T CARE.

Chicken wasn’t Popeye quality this time. Last time I went before this time, the chicken was piping hot the strawberry lemonade was delicious everything was on point. What happen? The inside was closed, the lady said they didn’t take customers on foot. But the lady in drive-thru was nice enough to give me my order anyway. Thanks!!

The woman are rude and pushy. The chicken is over cooked and they hate to make the sides, they are always out of something. Then you don’t get your money’s worth when they do have it available. It’s half the size.
