I have never received A pizza this hot and good ever in my 46 years of being on earth. People always write bad reviews but not the great ones. But I would like to take the time and write this one here. I order at 640pm received by 7pm. Driver call and said I’m pulling up in 5 seconds and he did just that. Great customer service and great food should be recognized when given.

Terrible, I placed an online order to be picked up at 7:45pm I arrived at 8:10pm. Was informed order was not received even though I had my order recite. I was asked to pull from window and phone order in. I became upset and left. Not good service there and I will be sharing my experience with others for sure. Been using this Imo’s for about 14 years.

I bit on this thin piece of metal and it did scratch my mouth up a little as I was eating from this imos pizza, had to call the nurse hotline and was told as long as the area didn’t get infected I was ok,I called and said something to the manager and of course the manager was clueless as to where it came from, the owner was suppose to contact me but never did and that’s OK, no need, I just won’t support this location anymore,my wife did get her money back

Too expensive for the hassel. Awful service. I spent $57 on an order including a chef salad. The owner only wanted to give me half a credit back even though they didn’t put one piece of meat on the it even though they messed up. Instead he said no body else have complained about their salads. NEVER WILL I GO BACK AGAIN. There are too many other restaurants out there on Lindbergh.

I ordered $51 worth of IMO’s pizza and raviolis first off the delivery guy forgot half the order at the store and had to go back after waiting an hour for Pizza and the store is only 10 minutes from my house then the meat sauce cups for the ravioli were all spilt inside the bag and the raviolis were burn up I would not recommend this lmo’s to anyone ever in life I’m so disappointed there was no type of compensation offered for the inconvenience
