Let me saying that I usually tend to frequent an establishment that is close to my house. Today, however, I was in the area and I was craving some Jersey Mike’s to my surprise. The quality was consistent with the other one that’s by my house and it did fill my belly The employees seem to be helping one another and were just chill and kind which was surprising. I didn’t really have any issues except they didn’t have Dijon mustard but it’s no big deal.

I have eaten from different Jersey Mike’s. The food is always very good. The service is excellent. The employees are polite and courteous. The bread is so good. I recommend this sandwich restaurant. You can buy just the sandwich or get a meal which includes soda and chips.

Third time this has happened at this location. Order ahead of time. Show up in 20 mins…. Haven’t even started the order yet. Super slow inside with only one other customer. Watched them pull the receipt out of the machine than head over to make it with attitude than proceed to make the other persons first. In total almost 45 mins for a sandwich.

Ordered two #8 sandwiches. A regular and a Giant. Neither one had any bacon which is what comes with a #8. The regular had no ham, either. I paid Thirty dollars for this, too.

Let me start by saying that I love Jersey Mikes in general. I don’t typically go to this location and I wish I hadn’t tonight. The staff is ok, not outgoing but not bad either. Just kind of mid and cold. A smile and basic hello would have been a great syart. It seemed odd to me that the team member at the slicer kept asking guest after guest what they wanted to the point that he had lined up 7 hero rolls cut and ready for the next 4 guests without completing a single sandwich. Instead he cut cheese for all, then the meat. I understand batching tasks like this but being the first guest in the line I had to wait for him to cut cheese and meat for all 7 sandwiches basically before mine moved on to the toppings. I also noticed that the cheese and meats were sliced super super thin. Back in the day I worked in a New York deli making sandwiches, I know how slicers work and how thickness counts. Tonight I felt slighted due to the thin slice setting on the slicer. So when I get my sandwiches I head home excited for my J Mike’s only to find that my bread is super stale. It is usually soft and fluffy but tonight it was hard and crunchy. Kind of ruined my excitement for a great J Mike’s dinner. I will avoid this location moving forward.

My husband went in today to get us lunch … They staff struggled with putting our order together correctly … Bread from another sandwich and extra things we didn’t order .. apparently they had confused our sandwiches with an online order … after all is said and done , husband and I sat down to eat … mine was so wet it was falling apart and his was completely dry because they forgot to put mayonnaise on it .. so frustrating and upsetting to pay for a huge mess !!
