I ordered the buffalo bites and mozzarella donuts. The buffalo bites tasted bland and rubbery like they were heated in the microwave. The mozzarella donuts were okay, hardly any flavor but the cheese was fresh. It was very busy so maybe I should’ve just tried the pizza instead ♀️

Food was decent (penne Madeira was very watery, though the wings were excellent) and pricy, which is to be expected for a primo spot on Fire Island. What struck me as exceptional about this place was the management. The management staff is clearly very attentive to the restaurant, cleaning tables and even the entryway, and were also fair to the workers, who were also attentive.

Beacheria had one of the best neopolitan pies I’ve consumed in a long time. The crust held up great and the cheese stayed on the pie–even straight out of the oven. The service was expeditious and friendly. It was also nice seeing a crew of young[er] foodservice industry people working together so professionally.
