I ordered 4 large pizzas. 3 bread. 3 of the four pizzas were burnt and 2 of the 3 bread were doughy. I called to asked for a replacement on a different day as I live 35 minutes away. She said ya not gunna happen. I’ve yet to receive my refund and we didn’t eat the pizza as it was burnt. Nor the bread as it was doughy and soggy from butter. Where’s my refund.

The manager was short with me when I placed my order but seemed to be more personable after loudly bragging about being sick for months and never missing a day of work with her employees in the kitchen. And a dress code would be nice. The girl in training was wearing a crop top with 2″ wide holes starting at her nips and ripped down the front of her sweater. I had to look out the window to make sure I didn’t take a wrong turn into a trailer park.

Never again. I don’t know where to start. No hot n ready pizza at all for over 35 mins, no bread sticks, no wings up, nothing. Store manager screaming at her employees instead of talking and directing them the right way. My pizza was completely undercooked, bread sticks they gave were undercooked. Complete madness is this location. Multiple people in waiting room very uncomfortable because the way the store manager was screaming at the young employees. A man waiting 40 mins for only two hour and ready pizza n bread sticks. The staff was amazing besides the manager. I’ll never come back again and will try to contact the franchise owner to take this pizza n raw Bread sticks back for with a refund or replace it at a different location. Line up in lobby for things they should have up already. Stop screaming and embarrassing and belittling your staff!!!!!
