I was born and raised in Lafayette , Louisiana and watching my family cook was always my favorite part of the day and if you know Cajuns..I moved to Tennessee and and that’s when I found my passion and began my journey. so in May of 2018 I took my first real big woman adventure and Opened up JOIE’S and it’s been amazing I might add! So here at Joies it’s a very different experience and my food matches it decor perfectly and yes it’s all my very own creations. So I began to see through my customers what they wanted and desired in there seafood world and I gave it to them happily. So now you come Bayou Sone. ♀️

What a fun place to dine in! My husband asked what do I want for birthday dinner and I had no idea. I found this place on google after searching for seafood and Boom! Here I am! We had a fantastic meal here on my birthday weekend. I really felt like I was back in New Orleans. The food was fabulous. The servers were attentive and Joie was really personable and fun.

First of all, I want to say that the food was delicious in taste but the crab bucket was maybe 1/2 or less of crab , some shrimp, potatoes cut in half on a plate. It should be called a crab platter not bucket. Sauce was great and even the butter has a honey or sweet taste. The oysters were delicious but know it was not a full dozen because the oysters were cut in half and put on an empty shell . The environment would’ve been much better if the lights are a little brighter. It was hard to see any of the food because it was so dark and the great music was very loud . We were there at 5:30 PM and could not hear our own conversations at our table .

We drove 2 hours to celebrate my birthday because I was told how great the food and atmosphere were. Facebook said the place was open, but when we got there at 5pm and no one was there. We called and I have texted them but no one has responded to me!

i’ve never had authentic cajun food, or crab legs in my life… joie’s was phenomenal!! she’s so so friendly and the atmosphere of the restaurant was so welcoming. we had a great time! great food, great music, and great staff. we will definitely be back soon.

Pretty good food. The music is too loud and it’s so dark you can’t see your food. Its tolerable but the portion is terrible. For the same price at red lobster you get twice the shrimp AND a lobster tail AND 2 full sides. Joie is very nice and friendly

The absolute best crab and shrimp money can buy! Been all over the world and had sea food everywhere and this seafood is right up there with the best! Owner and staff are absolutely amazing every single time we go and go out of the way to to make sure we are having a good time! Thank you and can’t wait to visit again!
