COVIZZA is a bit hard to find, but it’s well worth the visit. For my lunch visit, I had a slice of the daily special and a slice of pepperoni and both were fantastic. This is legitimately top-tier, real-chef pizza. Fantastic crust, fantastic sauce, and affordable. The special contained an expansive ingredient list and the flavors all worked together tremendously. Normally I find a slice of pepperoni pizza to be rather boring – but this one was also top-notch. Overall, this is one of the better pizza places I’ve ever been to and I highly recommend checking them out.

First, you couldn’t support a better business. The owners are truly great people, and they love making pizzas, and let me tell you, these pizzas are top notch. I am crazily obsessed with the Bees Cheese one. It is so good. You would be crazy not to try their pizza.

The folks at Covizza are bringing a really great product to the pizza scene. They have a standard menu and a featured pizza of the week. The product is a little bit more expensive but the quality is every bit there. The attention to detail from Jake and Tommy makes every pie one of a kind. Their punk show menu/fliers on Instagram each week are a cool take on promotion and hit you right in the nostalgia funny bone. Also the atmosphere that they’ve created in house is very cool. The place is full of vintage accents and some cool graffiti work. I’ve worked at other pizzerias off and on for many years, and I’m very impressed by what they have going on.

There is no better use of flour, water, tomatos, and cheese than Covizza in the Chippewa Valley. The prep that goes into the pizzas is noticed. The light and fluffy crusts. The crisp and well cooked underside of the pizza giving you a solid bite each time. This place is hard to beat. They are consistently getting better as well. I’m thoroughly impressed each time I come and this will be my go to pizza spot.
