I had a chicken cheesesteak and my husband had a Philly cheesesteak. We got ours hoagie style (with lettuce, tomatoes, and onions). Both came with french fries. The price was reasonable. We liked how the food came to our table already boxed (shown in the pictures). I would say the food tasted good – standard cheesesteaks. I would have preferred more seasoned chicken that was juicier, but it was good. Toppings were fresh. We ate there and were impressed with how clean the restaurant is!!!

I am done. Not only did it take darn near an hour to deliver my food but it was disgusting. I did not ask for the roll or the hot peppers to be toasted. The food was NOT how I ordered and I spent $35 for 2 small chicken steaks and soggy fries. And god forbid you call amd tell them, hey you messed up. They will never get another penny from me, my family, my friends or coworkers. I will make sure to tell everyone I know.

Prices are higher then a typical pizza shop. To feed 5 people ( a stromboli, 20 wings and a cheeseburger) was $65 without tip. The wings and burger were good but the Stromboli had wayyyyyyy to much cheese. We didn’t even eat more than 1 bite. We usually order Pats when we have extra money but not anymore. Although the guy on the phone was really really nice.

Ordered with a co-worker last week. We were in the mood for tuna but needed a place that delivered. Decided on Pat’s. Thought “Who could mess up tuna?” Well…it looked like is had pieces of carrot in it. It had an odd flavor like maybe they used mayo and vinegar. We couldn’t figure it out but we were not liking it. My co worker ordered a tuna sub. I didn’t want anything that big. Just a sandwich. They didn’t have just a sandwich on the menu but I asked if I could get one. Person taking the order said sure. My co-worker’s sub was so heavy…packed with tuna for $10. My sandwich was maybe one scoop of tuna on 2 slices of bread with lettuce and tomato. The tuna didn’t even reach the edge of the bread. I looked at the receipt and I was charged $11! They placed the order as a club sandwich and customized it to only 2 slices of bread and no bacon but full price. It was huge rip off and we decided we will not order from there again.

I live 4 mins away from their store, the pizza was soggy. They charge you a delivery fee of 3.99 even if you live close by. Food can be knocked out by either veronas or thunder birds pizza. Will never again order from this place first and last time

Horrible! Worst food I’ve had from any pat’s location. We ordered a white pizza, which wasn’t white but basically a regular cheese pizza without sauce. The wings were burnt but cold when they arrived, and one of them was the smallest wing I’ve ever seen. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my boyfriend and I both started having bad stomach pains within 10 minutes after eating. Photos are of the “white pizza” and the baby wing that counted as 1 of 10 wings. Very disappointed, didn’t bother calling and complaining as we will not be returning.
