The lady we spoke with at the drive through was so nice. I burger was pretty good. I didn’t realize there were onions, so that’s on me. Love the blackberry chocolate chip shake. I got a small, the whipped cream takes up a lot of space.

Took my girls there after bowling. Walked in and was greeted with automated order machines, or whatever they call those things that take your order. It took us forever to get everyone ‘s order so it would’ve been nice if they still had at least one cashier that could take orders or assist. After we placed our order, it took over 30 minutes before we received our order, which I find ridiculous seeing as though it was only burgers and shakes and we were the only ones at the time dining in. However, the food was good so I won’t complain too much.

Okay, so I have no idea why this place has such terrible reviews. We have had multiple wonderful experiences in the drive-thru. The people who took our order at the window are always really sweet. Our order was kind of complicated since we needed it to be “keto friendly”. They got our order correct! The burgers were hot, delicious, fresh, and dripping with cheesey goodness. The fries were hot and fresh as well.

Dirty. No service. You enter your order to a terminal. The only drink size option? A “medium”. In house music sucks. Horrible. You think that prior to lunch that someone checked to make sure that the ketchup dispensers were filled. No. Both were empty and the rush to fill them was apparently waiting for the tomatoe harvest season to get here. Cleaning up tables was also an option

Food was great and the shakes are awesome. Most service is automated now so there isn’t that much staff. Probably why it was hard to find a clean table. Ultimately we had to clean one ourselves.

We do not have anymore Steak and Shake’s in Cincinnati so we were excited. The waitress was nice, but the strong cigarette smell was sickening. The other one who bring our food had her fingers in the fries while she was serving our plates. Our burgers were not even warm It was ok!

It just ain’t what it used to be… My wife had never ate at S&S so when we were close to one and hungry I suggested it. I bragged on the burger, how it was like from the 60s and the milk shakes were so great. So we had both and it was a total let down. The burger was ok but not like I remember and the shakes weren’t even milk shakes, just soft serve ice cream in a cup with a straw! On their wall they Bragg how they had been voted the best milkshakes in the business, how when they don’t make milkshakes???? I asked an employee about it, did they give me ice cream by mistake, no he said, that’s how it is now and had been for a couple of years and he didn’t know how they won an award for milkshakes either when they don’t make them anymore. Obviously I hadn’t been to S&S in a few years and it’ll probably be longer before I go back again. I mean, I’m not cheap and I don’t mind paying for what I get (S&S isn’t cheap for a burger place) but if you’re selling me a shake MAKE ME A SHAKE!!!! Don’t pee on my boot and tell me it’s raining outside! JMO
