The restaurant closes at 10 PM. We came in, places our order then my son and his family placed their order. Our orderes were placed by 9:11. After he took our orders, he then told us (@ 9:18) that we couldn’t dine in because they close at 10 and had to clean up. We asked for our money back, he proceeded to argue as to why the door wasn’t locked. I told him he should have told us before we ordered. He kept arguing and the manager had to tell him not to argue with customers. I will never go back to that Arby’s.

I have never been a big fan of Arby’s but this location, I will definitely visit again. The cashier was very nice and helpful, and my food was delicious, the restaurant itself was clean, and had a good vibe and atmosphere. The wait time was more than I would’ve liked but that’s about it and my ultimate dining experience was worth it. If you like Arby’s pay em a visit, and if you don’t, still stop by, they might change your mind.

For whatever reason, I have to set aside an hour minimum to go through the drive thru. 3 people in front of me today, and 30 minutes later, I hadn’t even reached the menu to order. All the employees seem super inconvenienced and irritated. Food is ok.

I really hate “fast food” but being 7 months pregnant has my normal diet a little different these days and I love swinging by arbys every couple of weeks for a beef and cheddar and curly fries! It’s always hot and yummy and makes baby boy happy in my belly

If you want a terrible customer experience go to Arby’s on Airline Dr where Emp OT will roll her eyes at you look at you like you are an inconvenience toss your food at you and also you have the lovely experience of her closing the window on you while you are talking to her!!! Never never go there
