This restaurant needs to improve their the customer service A LOT !!! To be specific there is a young African American lady with blond hair taking up orders and handling cashier, she has a horrible attitude, she rolls her eyes to customers, and hangs up the calls when customer call while huffing and puffing, demonstrating she’s mad, and dislikes what she’s doing.. if they get your order wrong, oh don’t say nothing because she will clearly say “that’s not my problem i did my part on placing your order”

I ordered the 6 piece wing with the bone in combo and when I received my order although everything looked great the chicken was not cooked completely. It was cold on the inside and not cooked thoroughly. This place has really gone downhill as the wait time is super long as well.

Since the new employees everything has gone downhill. They give orders wrong, not only to me, everyone was either waiting too long and was not even giving an apology for giving me my order wrong. First time I was missing 10 wings, found out when I was home. When I came back my fries were already cold so I ask for fresh ones and checking my order in my car (since there is no counter space to check our own orders) I was missing another fries.

This location needs to improve their customer service and quality. It was 10:30 pm when I called. I kept getting put on hold then disconnected. And even getting hung up on several times when I tried calling back in. I was given the time estimate of 20-25 minutes. I can do that. But it took 45 minutes for my 6 piece combo to be ready. Its ridiculous. I tried getting my money back but every time I would ask they just kept saying it was almost done. I don’t appreciate the false information given to me. I would’ve never waited 45 minutes for 6 wings. With waiting so long you would think they got my order right- they didn’t. Won’t be returning to this location.

This by far has to be the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. Why does it take over 40mins to make 6 wings? Why did 3-4 lazy male workers make the only woman working (Esther) load the ice machine on a ridiculously slippery and dirty floor? I held the ladder for her because SOMEONE had to care. My order was wrong and there wasn’t even so much as an acknowledgment for the terrible service. Meanwhile Esther was super kind, cleaning as much as possible while her coworkers talked and wasted time on multiple customers orders. Avoid this business at all costs unless you have an hour to waste and don’t mind incorrect orders. Keep Esther and fire the other dusties you have working.

Not the best experience at this Wingstop. Probably won’t be going back. $33 for a meal and everything kind of just sucked, aside from the wings themselves. The fries were over cooked, and super salty. They mixed the hot wings with the lemon pepper and not sure how they poured it in there but the hot sauce was everywhere. It leaked out the container onto the other box of wings too, and on all the veggie sticks. Not sure what was on the veggie sticks either but I chunked those since it had an oily layer and they just looked bad. I left the bag as is on the car seat and never once did it fall/tip over. This is ridiculous. They even placed the sticker on there without previewing the food like other Wingstops I’ve been to before.

I tried giving these people a chance I even made specific requests regarding the no flavor to their wings like it’s like they don’t understand seasoning but not only that the vegetables that I got had some sort of Vaseline coat on it or something it was disgusting this place is awful please don’t eat here I tried and they act like they were going to accommodate me and so that I could taste the flavor on my wings but it was awful I’ve had way better as far as Wingstop goes not this place though

The wait is about 18-20 minutes. The chicken and fries were hot and fresh, and even the veggie sticks were fresh. If you all of a sudden get the craving to eat hot wings at 11:30 pm like we do, rest assure wing stop will cook those suckers up. They stop taking calls at 11:30p, last walk in is at 11:45p. Enjoy!!
