The worst panda we have ever eaten at. The first time we had a large order around 7pm 6-7 meals. All of the bowls were not even halfway full of food. Beef and broccoli had 2 pieces of beef and 10 pieces of Broccoli. Two days ago for lunch, we ordered again. I opened the to go box of my plate and there was 3 single small pieces of chicken on the plate and the chow mein and rice were 90% vegetables. Picture below. I would never recommend anyone to eat here at this location if you expect to get what you’re paying for because you will not get that.

Multiple times at this specific location; it’s always something. Today specifically through the drive thru, the girl taking orders was just impatient and continuously asking “anything else?” Multiple times even after being told to hold on a moment. I understand a drive thru has a time that they have to keep to but asking every 5-10 seconds will not make me order any quicker.

I had a 75$ order and only 2 plates were delivered. Went to the store to get the rest of our food we ordered. It was 8:40 when we arrived. The kids inside had already locked the doors and laughed as we stood there knocking trying to get the rest of our order. What a shame. Will never order from this location again.

I’ve only visited Panda Express 4 times. The first time was awesome. The next 3 were poor. Never have the string bean chicken, having to wait about 10 minutes then we don’t get what we ordered.

My first Panda Express experience is described as average americanized asian-themed fast food lightly seasoned to be okay to everyone. I ordered a bigger plate with 3 entrees and 1 side for $10.50. There was nothing unique or exceptional about the 3 entrees of beef steak, orange chicken, and honey walnut shrimp (the steak and shrimp are up-charged an additional $1.25) but they were served hot and fresh. The fried rice was bland and the spring rolls the same. The tables were dirty and there was a dirty paper plate with some sort of brown sauce sitting beneath the card reader I had to move to use my debit card to pay. On the positive side of things the restaurant had a modern feel, cooked small amounts of food at a time to maintain freshness, had a unique sweet and sour sauce, and a friendly staff. I need to give a shout out to Sonia at the Alvin, TX restaurant for the highlight of my first Panda Express experience.

First time here. I did not receive the quality that counts. Just like other reviews, broccoli beef had hardly any beef. Food was ok, fried rice was bland, dry, a bit undercooked. Power greens were good. Portions of broccoli beef and sweet fire chicken were kid meal size at this location compared to every single Panda Express I been to. No iced tea brewed, found a yellow bucket under the machine. Mens restroom has no soap. Friendly service is my only satisfaction I got here. It’s 12:24pm on a Sunday. I’ll pass on this location from now on going forward.

Horrible customer service!!!!! Walked in and staff acted like we didn’t exist for 15 minutes before they helped us. There’s also included the manager that was working if this is how he’s managing then no wonder why his associates are acting this way.
