I had the Ultimate BBQ Fried Chicken Sandwich Combo. The sandwich is decent. It had an adequate size piece of chicken with pickles and sweet BBQ sauce. What stood out for me though were the Secret Recipe Fries. They were crispy on the outside with a little seasoning. Hot and soft on the inside. That’s exactly the way I like my fries.

Unfortunately this location is horrible. The service is okay, but the entire store is dirty. Not sure where to start from. The bathrooms look dirty, the toilets continue to flush for long periods of time after you initially flush them. The dining area is not kept up with. I think to myself when you walk into a restaurant with little to no cleaning, how are they really handling the foods served? In one of my pictures you can see garbage in the kitchen floor. I don’t recommend going to this KFC at all.

I can only base this place on my experience, saying that phenomenal is the word that comes to mind. I ask for my good fresh mostly everywhere I go and they did not disappoint. Wings were crispy well worth the 12 minute wait and the pot pie was boomin!! My favorite KFC In Sacramento is the one on Madison Avenue… But this one is right up there. Thank you. Praise God for good service and good food!

The food is usually pretty good however I strongly suggest not ordering through doordash. On 2 occasions I’ve had my order cancelled without them notifying me and then had to call an extremely complicated customer service number. In both instances it took several days to get my money back. The hours on Google seem to be outdated too because I showed up at a few minutes after 10am only to be told they don’t open until 10:30am. They’re almost always out of what I usually order after 7pm so I don’t even bother going there for dinner anymore anyway. Overall this location just leaves me so dissatisfied. The food is always good quality but I always have too much difficulty getting it.

Was very confused? No one maning the front desk or office desk or drive through. The employee and office areas were unlocked and wide open. I could hear someone in there doing something but no one came out when I asked if anyone’s is here? It was 10:20am on a Friday and no one was there. I called the number to ask if maybe they were only accepting calls but no one answered and it asked for a access code? I heard the phone ringing and no one picked up

So disappointed In the pot pie today. The crust was great but the filling was so dry and thick it had a ring around the tin from it drying out. In the trash it goes I can’t eat this anymore. Next time I’ll ask for them to make me one fresh and not have the one that’s been sitting all day drying out
