Staff was amazing! From the front girl who took the order to what I witnessed when I was waiting for everything. Baked spaghetti was good. Next time I will ask for a little extra sauce. The milk shakes is the real winner. Best I have ever had.

This place isn’t what it used to be. My family generally loves this restaurant, but their over the phone service is absolutely terrible. I applied for a job and they kept hanging up on me. Then today, my family tried ordering food and we specifically asked for the small portions of pasta. They completely ignored that, rang us up for large portions and when we realized they had rang us up for the larger portion (which of course is much more expensive) they REFUSED to correct their mistake and told us they weren’t going to change the portion size because they had already started making the dishes. This service and behavior is absolutely unacceptable. You guys need to fix your staff to some people who are more customer friendly. The sad thing is there probably are more customer friendly people trying to get a job there, but you guys think it’s ok to hang up on people and treat people terribly over the phone. Not recommended!

Great service, did a “little harvey” cheese pizza for my daughter and she loved it. Then did a deluxe and it was great. The breadsticks were light and fluffy and the cheese was perfect! We did both hot and mild to try them and they were both great. Would highly recommend for a great pizza.

Sorry, but this place needs a real overhaul. The owner or manager needs to take into consideration how the staff is treated here. I will not say when I was here, but I will say that I overheard some man in the back screaming at his employees. That’s absurd!!! I’ve seen some of these employees and the majority of them are young adults/teenagers. This guy in charge needs to get it together on how he treats people that work in this establishment.

Please correct the hours published on Google for the Kokomo location. The last 2 times we have attempted to go there, the parking lot has been empty and no interior lights. Tried tonight (Monday) at 7:45 pm when hours stated until 9:00pm and restaurant wasn’t open.
