My wife and I stopped by Lulu’s for a dinner date and oh my word it was so amazing. We had the Mozarella small bites which were good, I had the marsala chicken and my wife had the thai chicken basil soup, which was absolutely divine. The decor was very unique and so cool to look at and our server was incredible. All in all I highly recommend trying it out!

Overall great experience. We were seated and given menus quickly. However it took a long time to come and take our order – I was just about ready to leave. After that, service was good. My wife had the Thai chicken soup which was outstanding. I had the chicken piccata with pasta. I enjoyed it but it was a little less lemming than I like it. I appreciated the large portion of broccoli that came with it, and unlike another reviewer I liked that it was lightly cooked and had some stem on it. Would probably go back.

Absolutely Excellent Food! The restaurant is very nice inside and the service is great also. They allow you to call ahead and have outside rear deck seating as well as unique indoor seating. Lulu’s has become our local favorite!

Good food, good service. We had French onion soup, Southwest salad and Thai noodle soup. All delicious, fresh tasting and seasoned to perfection. Only tried the lunch menu but I plan on going back for dinner soon!

We had more people show up for our reservation than expected, but the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Everyone in our group was very happy with what they ordered. And our waitress was phenomenal. Great beer selection, too. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful food and service. I had the mahi and it was easily my favorite dish from our 5 week trip in NC. We had dinner on the patio one night and then picked up takeout the next night because it was so good! The town of Sylva is beautiful. Don’t miss Lulu’s if you’re in the area.

My wife and I had an event to attend up at WCU. We were staying up the street at the Blue Ridge Inn and wanted a place to eat within walking distance.

Seated immediately, but the wait for a server was so long, I almost left. Got the Lulu burger with fries. Didn’t look appetizing and didn’t initially get the fries, but the food was alright. The fried green tomato on the burger was tiny. I think that made a big difference. Never got a refill on my soda. I tipped over 20% anyway. Server seemed new, and was polite enough. I do miss the old days of Lulu’s, though.

The food was pretty good, but the romaine used in the southwestern salad needed the bitter ribs removed & the pasta ala Greque/Mediterranean was overdone & too mushy to hold up to the rest of the flavors. A bit disappointing, as that was one of my favorite dishes there. We added grilled chicken to both salads and no drinks & the bill with a tip was $52, a very pricey lunch for Sylva standards. We’re local & frequent many places in town, but this one won’t be near the top of the list. It’s a nice place for a special occasion though (if the food’s done right!).
