Was looking for an alternative to the usual breakfast spots in town. They do not have a Facebook page. Was pleasantly surprised by the food. It’s located inside the pier 11 mall which has become a antique store, kinda has a smell. But the service was fast. The food came out fast and hot. It wasn’t the best I’ve ever had, but was pretty good. I had the chicken fried steak and my wife had the biscuits and gravy. Gravy was interesting, kind of a red-eye gravy. Nice crispy hash browns. Eggs were cooked perfectly. I’ll come back again. I do wish it had a bit more lighting as it’s kinda dark inside. And they would do well to advertise a bit more.

We were looking for a breakfast place in Astoria & decided to give this place a try….it’s a small space but they use it well. It was busy but we got a table for two on the outside. Our order was taken – very simplistic menu but options fits breakfast needs. Pepsi products. Food took a little time but expected with how busy they were. We chose biscuits & gravy & chicken fried steak. I asked for the gravy on the side & they did it well. The gravy had veggies on it (green/red diced peppers) & excellent spices w/sausage – one of the best gravy’s I’ve had. The chicken fried steak was well cooked & tasted yummy as well. I would recommend checking this Jen out.

Burnt pancakes even my 7 year old balked at, burnt greasy hashbrowns, dirty, cluttered space with crooked “art” on the walls. Super slow service. Hodge podge of old wobby laminate tables and chairs in a very dark, small space. Don’t know who the “man” everyone refers to as a one man show. Female Cook, and 1 busser, 1 server. Small menu. Limited. No kids menu. People next to us got the wrong order and left when only half of the food came out right, and their correct order never appeared.

Every time I eat here I am happy. It’s a local favorite, but the tourist are finding their way here for breakfast. It’s home style cooking. All seats were occupied when I was there with a friend. We had the last table. Please give them a try.

The two staff got into a loud argument, yelling across the restaurant. Our server slammed his tray of drinks on our table and spilled my coffee. Then he yelled back at the other man while he served our drinks. The other man came to take our orders and seemed to be quite upset still. There was palpable tension through the tiny restaurant. The fight made our time there very uncomfortable.

Cute little diner with a friendly atmosphere. The staff were great and the breakfast, french toast, eggs and bacon, was delicious. It’s inside a cute and unique antique mall but also has an exterior entrance. I would recommend this place and wouldn’t mind going back for a second visit myself. 🙂

Great spot for a delicious meal. It was a bit hard to find, as it’s sort of inside an antique shop. There were a few tables in the hallway, which is where I sat. Staff was friendly and the prices were great. Bacon was crispy, French toast was awesome and coffee was excellent!

Very nice restaurant right off the bike trail down at the water front. Get there early and there is no line. Had some superb pancakes, wife had great Denver omelette with wonderful hash browns and the coffee was great. Situated in the same building with assorted vendors selling a variety of clothes, nick knacks and souvenirs.

Quickly becoming my go to breakfast spot in Astoria area. Gravy is excellent. Prices are reasonable. Always busy but never a wait, and service is great. Would recommend it to anyone. My on critique is that the coffee could be better.
