Place looks like it could use a face-lift. Only one ride was broken, and all the games we tried worked. It was a nice party and my son enjoyed himself. The staff was excellent and so was Mr. Cheese.

This place is so great. I can sit in one place while my kids play games. Each family gets stamped with a unique code that is invisible unless under black light. No one leaves with a kid unless their codes match. It is small enough that I can see pretty much the whole place from one position unlike other play places. There are booths everywhere to sit at regardless of whether you order food. The staff is so nice and constantly working to clean, refresh the salad bar, make sure everyone is having a good time, etc. And they are so helpful and nice and attentive unlike the place we go to in Port Jeff. We came on Saturday at 11am and we were practically the only people there. The place was very clean. There’s fun KidzBop music playing and it’s brightly lit. The Chuck E character in costume was so nice and came around to say hi to all the kids and did a dance with them. The food was great. We got a pizza with cheese in the crust and the app sampler. I also got the unlimited salad bar which was delicious, lots of fresh toppings. The game cards can be purchased for an amount of time or a number of swipes. We chose the 60 minute game play for $30 but it was 10% off because we ordered a food combo deal. You can pause your game play one time, like when your food comes. Just go to the machine and pause it. Then the next time you swipe at a game it is automatically unpaused. I highly recommend the game cards with the wrist strap so your kids don’t lose the card. There’s a little kids area with small rides for them. I got the Chuck E Cheese app on my phone which gives you 500 free prize tickets. At the prize counter you have the option of purchasing the prizes or purchasing some prize tickets in case you didn’t have quite enough for the prize you wanted which alleviates a lot of issues that we always seen to have at other places. All in all I like that you don’t pay to get in and you pay just for what you use. It can get expensive with game cards and food but no more expensive than other play places and you’re guaranteed a good time without the headache I always get everywhere else. Very nice for birthday parties or just a small birthday trip with family.

My son was ecstatic for his birthday party! The staff was wonderful to us and with keeping me updated on what to expect next. Decent games good food. We had a great time! Thank you so much for making his day extra special! We’ll be back for sure! All three of my kids love this place! The fact that the staff takes care of you was great. The girl at the front who does the stamping could have been nicer as she was very rude to my sister who needed help with the door but other than that no complaints here.

The facility has really cleaned up the last few years. They did get rid of a bunch of things, it’s not as full as it used to be but we went on a weekday and it wasn’t busy and almost everything was in working order. The facility seemed clean. The pizza was good. Everyone had a fun time from ages 1 to 85 in our group.

My 17 month old enjoyed herself greatly for 2 hours. The games and rides aimed for her kept her attention and made her happy. But the Chuckie that was out today is the reason I will come back during the summer so sweet and took time to interact with the kids!

I came in today to bring my son for the first time, he loved it. We were the only ones there on a Thursday afternoon (around the time they opened), but the staff was very nice and attentive. This is a great place for kids. It offers lots of games for kids and a variety of pizza. They do have a salad bar if you’re not wanting pizza, or you can have salad along with your pizza. The games will win you tickets that you can redeem for prizes. The restaurant itself is clean and all of 4he games seem to work great with no issues.

Attended a kid’s birthday party on a Thursday from 4-6 and it was perfect, not a lot of people at all, the kids were able to try all the games and they had a blast. At first I was reluctant to go on a school night but it was pretty cool and worth it all.
