I don’t really come here cause the last few times, I’ve gotten my food orders wrong, so I’m a little turned off by the place. But it’s been years so I returned to try out their coffee. I didn’t complain about anything, I knew what I wanted, I gave no attitude, nothing. I know how working fast food is so I’m always polite and to the point. But why do the employees here so so irritated for no reason lol I’m scared to order from here, at least Starbucks makes me feel safe

I never write reviews, but this place was horrible. They made us wait 15 minutes at the box and never said a word. When we pulled up to the window, the guy wearing a grey Adios polo shirt with no name tag, zero percent body fat and either something that is trying to resemble facial hair or perhaps some dead ferret he chooses to wear in his face, didn’t even acknowledge us, than made a big deal about how we should have waited at the box (even though they never acknowledged us or said anything for the 15 minutes we were there) Listen, we’re Canadian and pretty polite, but they were terrible and rude to us the whole time in a way we have never experienced. We thanked them, apologized and they just stared us down… like how a dog stares you down in order to establish dominance. We said thank you and they didn’t even say a word to us. Some larger girl with pink hair and wearing a black uniform was also there and was a little more apologetic.

I cannot believe how horrible the customer service is and that they are able to get away with it. The staff there is absolute trash. I used to go there 4 days a week as my morning routine before I go to work. but after the way, I was treated for trying to send back a coffee that they gave me wrong. I will just start leaving earlier to work so I can go to Starbucks.

Myself and a friend went into this location around 9am and it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich and her hash browns. But the worst of it was the customer in front of us had been waiting & waiting with 2 coffees in hand and he only asked an African/ American female employee if his wife had ordered donuts and stated he had been waiting & waiting while they had taken care of many customers at the drive thru at this point. The employee went off on him with not so nice choice words then the customer got angry and then another employee jumped in and before you knew it the customer had 4 employees yelling at him. This got pretty heated. All this because he asked about donuts for his order. That employee has been nasty on many occasions that I have witnessed. Definitely putting a call in to corporate. This is unacceptable.

Went inside to eat-very dirty floors, tables I had to wipe the table off myself with a napkin at 14th st bradenton florida!!! Ordered a wake up wrap sandwich and you couldn’t even see the egg and cheese inside the wrap because there was hardly any inside to begin with. The order taken was not personable either

order 80 dollars worth of stuff 4 thing got delivered and this is what bagels looked like, but you can probably guess who was running the place, its a joke no one can at minimum do there job. fight to get refund absolute trash this will be last time i to to any dunkin donuts. hope the employees see this and know they are trash.
