I am hoping that Stetson has improved. My daughter had/ has celiac disease while at Stetson. They were so bad about accommodating her (while we were paying big bucks for a food plan) that we were moments away from employing an attorney.

I have the opportunity of knowing Marlene Martin, I know that she is a very hard worker. She is a responsable, serious person, who has a great sense of humor and gives a 100% in every thing that she does. As a hard worker I know that of Marlene, love, of God and her family is her core. Had my first breakfast of the year and found these micro-plastics in the breakfast sausages. They kept getting stuck between my teeth. Image is not showing to others for some reason, but I’m pretty sure that’s micro-plastics. French toast was also chewy.

I often find food residue on cups, plates, and silverware, and I have found hair in the food more than once. Several friends have complained about food being under-cooked as well. Better to get off the meal-plan as soon as possible
