The atmosphere was awesome, our waitress (Bessie P) was very attentive and was one of the best servers we have had in a long time, she rocks!!! The chef also did an awesome job, our prime rib was exactly how we asked for it. Will definitely recommend this place to all of our family and friends!!

I have been here several times and I’ve always had a great meal here. I came out with some friends and I ordered the regular size prime rib. It was very good. My friend ordered the fried shrimp that he said he loved. My other friend had the Ragu New York strip that he said it was wonderful. We sat at the bar and the bartender Richard, did an exceptional job. The restaurant was very clean and so was the restroom

This is the third time I have come here, and I ordered the same steak. The dry aged ribeye, medium rare and loaded mashed potatoes. This is the third different take on the cook. First time it was on the rare side, last time it was perfect, tonight it was a perfect medium well. The potatoes sometimes are loaded, sometimes just cheese. Tonight while my food was on the grill, I had very little to do but watch the grill cook pick his teeth over the grill (with the same glove he handles food with) he saw me looking and to his credit, he moved slightly to the left where he didnt think I would see him. The waitress did a perfect job, no complaints. Unfortunately, I dont think there will be a forth visit.

I enter not expecting much, it’s a small town in CA near the border… wow! Inside it was lome entering to a fancy restaurant you see on movies, It was empty but soon started to fill up, who says, glad for them, ordered a Tomahawk Steak, and a Ballast beer… amazing both the taste the flavors, I definitely recommend this place, it worth the trip… don’t know the price, yet… but doesn’t care… it’s wonderful. After hearing for years about this incredible steakhouse in Westmorland from an elderly friend, we finally all got together and went for dinner last night. The interior of the building is beautiful, and the servers were very good, but the food was horrible. Out of 5 of us, only 2 had food they could eat. 3 of us ordered the prime rib, 1 ordered the Chilean sea bass, and 1 ordered porterhouse steak. One of the prime rib was edible, one was 2/3 fat, and the other was tough, cold in the middle, and inedible. The Chilean sea bass was frozen in the middle and tasteless. The porterhouse was very good. The man who had taken us out complained to one of the male servers and he said we should have sent the food back. Our host said if he had sent it back it would have come back worse. Then the male server said there was nothing he could do. This is really horrible customer service, and we will never go back and will not recommend it to anyone. We have already told several people about our horrid experience.

The only thing saving this from 1 star is the shrimp was really good. The asparagus was so fat it was undercooked, basically just a big oily stick with no seasoning. The scallops were breaded which I wasn’t expecting since the menu said fried I assumed pan fried not deep fried. That could be my fault but the scallops being overcooked and slimy I cant take the blame for. Honestly I didnt have high Hope’s coming here but it was the only place I could sit and drink with my dinner, guess if I ever come back I’ll try a steak and hope for the best.
