Almost 2 hours after ordering and still sitting at the restaurant waiting on the one underpaid delivery driver. App says 35 mins but whoever answered the phone assures me “they got me & its been ready awhile” whatever that means. Canceled and reminded why I don’t go here anymore and you shouldn’t either.

I placed an online order and the store manager called to inform me of a possible delay with my order. He stated that he would be the one to deliver the order, as he was short-staffed. I feel that he went above and beyond with his courteous nature; he was very kind, professional, knowledgeable and just an all-around great person of leadership! I did NOT catch his name, but his good deed DID NOT go unnoticed. Thank you again!

My order arrived nearly 2 hours late, and when I called, I was told that a driver had quit in the middle of their shift. The staff and manager were incredibly kind and made sure I would be getting my order, but perhaps if that $5 delivery fee actually went to the driver this could be an avoidable problem. If corporate reads these, pay your people more.

Dear district manager, you should really reconsider making CASH REFUNDS not allowed under “any circumstance”. I waited 2 hours for my delivery order after it was in the delivery car on its way to me. Then after waiting I received the wrong order! Like drastically wrong. (Didn’t order pasta got pasta, ordered breadsticks didn’t get them etc.)And it’s not even something me or my family can eat because of diet restrictions. I called and they said I can’t get a refund because of you sir (district manager). I can only get store credit which caps at $50 apparently! So not only do I not get a cash refund I don’t even get the full credit amount. Also why would I want store credit when I don’t want to order from there anymore. Will never order from ANY Pizza Hut again.

I ordered a simple order; breadsticks, brownies, and a calzone. I requested them to exchange the sausage that is listed in the calzone to ANY vegetable, as I am vegetarian. They stated that they would make it without sausage, but would not replace it with a vegetable as they have no way to charge me for it AND their bosses are really getting on them about inventory. That one T of mushrooms will be sorely missed. Why do they feel that they need to charge me for a replacement? Because that is how they do business. Per the night manager “Is there a law that we have to make food available for vegetarians?”. I absolutely thought this was a prank; a problem of short staffing and poor training, so I asked her to confirm with her upper management. They all agreed with every statement; the district manager and regional manager. What kind of customer service is that? The replacement would have even been a lower cost one of them, but that is as greedy as I have seen yet. I will never do business with any Pizza Hut again and will ensure that we choose any other pizza place for our monthly workplace orders. ANY other place. Rebecca is it?

I ordered two pizzas and kept an eye on the order ap. After an hour and a half the ap kept indicating that they were preparing the pizzas. After an hour and 35 minutes I called the restaurant. The gal that answered indicated the when I placed the order they called my number and said that no one answered. I had the phone with me and no one called. She said she cancelled the order. I am not sure what the problem is. I have ordered pizzas online before and no one ever called me and my pizzas were always delivered. Not sure why she had to call. I signed on using my account and paid for the order. No reason for her to call and verify. At the time I talked to her she said that delivery had ended for the evening. After waiting for an hour and a half, I was very dissatisfied with this mess.

What a terrible experience. Out $25 for a single pizza made incorrectly, followed by the person in charge saying there was a mixup and my pizza was about to leave in a few minutes. Hard to believe that since I had a half and half pizza and what was delivered was a whole pizza containing the toppings of one of my halves along with the exact sauces I ordered. Crust on the delivered pizza was stale. Waited 55 minutes before calling again and was told that they weren’t sure why my pizza wasn’t taken on the last delivery. I mean, what a s#*t show. Just tell me I’m not getting my $25 single pizza. Was a year since my last order. Will be another year before I try again. Just say you messed up and own it, the excuses and continued promises are insulting at best.

I ordered 2 med pizzas for 6.99 each and was quoted one price on the phone and when driver got here it was 4.00 more. Called to find out why and the girl on the phone was very condescending and kept calling me dear. I asked her to stop calling me dear and she gave the phone to someone named Carrie. Carrie was equally rude and told me extra cheese is not a topping. That is perfectly fine with me, but they should of told me that while I was on the phone. When driver got to my home I had the money ready, but had to go back in the house to get more money because of price increase. My experience was most unsatisfying and the employees were very rude and not very sympathetic to
