#1) I ordered an Iced Latte with less ice (in store) I politely confirmed this with the cashier and she confirmed it with the coffee maker verbally. It was completely filled with ice so I commented on it, she told me it was less ice but I refused it. So she dumped it into a new cup and topped it off for me. I needed a few napkins to clean it off myself.

They don’t seem to know how to make a frozen drink. It’s a daily issue that I’m putting to an end. Not going here anymore because I love my Frozen drinks but they can’t get it right. It’s always way too liquidy. And they know it too but they blame the machine. Yet they have remade the drink for me and it was frozen. So it’s not the machine. It’s the carelessness of the workers. That’s my only issue with them but it’s the only thing I want from there. So because its such a small order that they can’t get right, I will give them one star. Because they can’t do one easy job. They have one job and it’s to make a frozen drink. I don’t think they know what the word frozen means. I also don’t appreciate the way they swish it around knowing that it’s not right and still handing it to me.

So every time I’m here I try to use the rewards program and use my rewards and it never gets deducted from my final amount and I end up paying full price anyways what’s the point of the rewards what I asked the girl about it she said well maybe you have to order online and I said no that’s not what it says and she was just like she just gave shrugging her shoulders like I don’t care

I am writing this review knowing that the pandemic has taken a hard toll on the restaurant business. Staffing issues, ingredient issues… I know a lot of things are out of their control. But it seems in general over the last few months quality has gone down quite a bit. We typically order the same exactly thing (frozen coffees all around) and you never know if you are going to get a frozen coffee with no milk (super strong coffee syrup is not good) or if it will have the right flavors. Two days ago we had a 4-drink order (not all frozen coffees) but the person taking the order at the speaker repeated everything perfectly. There was a different person at the window who charged incorrectly and handed out incorrect drinks (only the frozen coffee was correct). When this was mentioned, the manager was called over and tried to say we were lying? What? We just want what we ordered.

For some odd reason when I decide to stop by at this specific location before going to work my order is always completely wrong, I always order iced coffees but it has happened THREE times now that I get it hot and end up having to toss it away, the workers could care less. I don’t have time to argue with them because I have to be at work, it’s just sad that my money has just gone down the drain….
