Last night I ordered a pizza at this location (Youree Drive) for delivery. Me and my son waited out front our place and saw the delivery car pass by without stopping, only to find out a minute later in the tracking order that our pizza appeared as “delivered”. I called the store and a girl informed me that the driver had just gotten back to the store and still had the pizza with him because he couldn’t find the address, a total lie! Also she told me that the driver wouldn’t make another attempt at delivery, as I try to find a solution, the girl at the phone very rudely just hung up on me. I called again, and a different person told me they couldn’t do anything about it, while in the background someone (who I assumed to be the delivery driver) cursing yelling that he would no go out again with my pizza. After that total silence for several minutes until I hanged up. I made two or three more attempts at calling and they never picked up the phone again. I don’t have a car so I couldn’t drive personally to the store. These employees at this location are very ill-mannered and unprofessional. Domino’s needs to address this issue least they lose a lot of business here. We’re utterly disappointed with this experience. Also they kept the money and the $4.25 tip I had already prepaid the driver. These people are lazy and incompetent, they should be ashamed of themselves. Hope this feedback has a positive impact upon the improving of Domino’s business practices.

I placed an order today, I waited an hour and my food got delivered somewhere else so they said they where going to remake it. So I had to wait another hour but I would of been okay had my food been made right. Not sure what happened today but I was disappointed, I hadn’t eaten all day and I was nice about the mix up. My pasta was okay but this is my pizza.

They really need less than 1…workers are rude and unprofessional, food and presentation is horrible, wait time is ridiculous, and they say they don’t have change just so they can keep the money. Sad. Whoever is managing this location should definitely be replaced as well as the workers.

Ordered 1 large Supreme pizza. Was told it was ready. Come inside, the screen says its ready. 20 minutes later I’m still sitting here waiting on my pizza. Unacceptable.

Very disappointed. Ordered 4 pizzas and parmesan bites for Superbowl. Bites were burnt and soaked in butter. Pizzas had very few toppings, over sauced and all thin crust. Two were supposed to be Brooklyn style. Will never order from Domino’s again. Bert Kouns / Linwood location Shreveport.

Ordered a pizza for carry out, waiting 5 extra 5 minutes to go pick it up because I know this location is usually slow. I get to the store, wait at the pick up window for almost 20 minutes before even having the window opened. The girl who opens the window just stares at me and say “name” and that’s the only word she said the whole interaction. I called to let the manager know that me and 3 other cars just waited that long, he initial response was “okay”. And then after I pause in frustration for a few secs she then says “well I do apologize sir” in the most insincere way possible. This store used to be a very good location, but the last few months has been absolutely garbage. I never complain about service because I get it, it can be stressful as hell, but this location is just repeatedly a let down.
