This is the rudest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to in my life first off. I am a very nice customer and well mannered I came through wanted to pick up my breakfast, and the woman was so rude to me at the window. Wanted me to eat my oatmeal with my fingers. I’m sorry I’m gonna burn my fingers, and when I asked for a straw and a spoon, she wanted to give me attitude and when I also asked for the rest, the items that I ordered and I paid for she wanted to give me attitude that’s why I’m leaving this bad review I called to speak to the manager. Nobody wants to answer the phone. You shouldn’t have somebody in the window. Who’s going to be rude to your customers, especially if they’re paying to start their morning there. The employee wants to have a paycheck at the end of the week. They shouldn’t work there if they’re going to be rude people that’s not how life works.

Almost every single time I come to this McDonald’s it seems that I have an issue. I find it ridiculous that the manager Ceaser does not seem to care or know how to treat customers. He is always rude. It took me several bad experience’s to finally share my opinion and experience here. I also want to point out that the diversity in this location is very disappointing. I am Latino and it seems that almost all of the workers at this location are latino. Some don’t even speak English. Where is the diversity. Someone really needs to look into the hiring here. These managers could use some patience, kindness and above all Integrity. I have managed many stores and I know it gets busy and work can be frustrating but all I’m asking is that this management team puts their best foot forward and tries their best. Because if this is their best then district management needs to step in and see past the fake smiles they put on to keep them away. I will be going to Wendy’s for my food from now on. I would love to chat more if the District Manager is interested.

Haven’t had McDonald’s in over a year because I want to eat healthier but had to today. Needed something quick. So Ordered Sausage egg biscuit and a bacon egg biscuit and two home fries. Orange Juice, NOPE! Seltzer? Nope! Milk? Nope! Bottled water? Nope! Unsweetened iced tea? Nope! Ok got refund for drinks. Got back on highway and the hash browns were awesome. Just like old times! And would you believe that not one but both sandwiches were wrong! Some sweet griddle sandwich. Nasty. Could not eat…. well I see it as a sign to keep doing what I have been doing.
