Worst experience. Not well run. While sitting in the drive through for over 15 minutes, three potential customers left because the front door was locked and the drive through was NOT moving. The employees had locked the door and posted a hand written sign that said, “Drive through only” when I asked why they stated because they were running behind. We had to knock on the drive through window and front door multiple times while the employees ran to the back to hide. It is clear they don’t want customers and need to be trained on how to interact with customers.

If I could give o stars I would. The rudest person working in there is the short Hispanic girl with glasses. She will stare at you at the counter and won’t help you. When you ask her for help she rolls her eyes at. She was in the back of the restaurant laughing with a white young man and they were playing around. What kind of business is this. Trash if you ask me .

Ordered several pizzas for several teenage boys. Pretzel pizza was on the list, but they didn’t have the dough. We found this out when we opened the box at home. Regular pepperoni pizza with salt literally covering the crust. I wish they would have just communicated with us.

This is the worst run Little Caesars I have experienced. The drive will take 30 minutes at least with only 2 cars. The employees are very young and there doesn’t seem to be anyone directing them they just treat people however they feel and do everything at their pace.

I noticed that employees making pizza in the back were not wearing gloves, for that reason I lowered my rating for service. The lady at the counter was polite and courteous. The lobby and kitchen do not appear to be very clean and the shop door is barely hanging on.

I always order on the app for portal pick-up in store. Every single time I come to pick up, there’s a handwritten sign on the door telling people to pick up via drive thru or DoorDash. I didn’t place an order 30 minutes in advance to wait in line for 30 minutes. Also, they NEVER answer the phone. I called 5 times in a row before I gave up. Horrible service and won’t be ordering with them again.
