They were understaffed, but they were friendly and all seemed to want to do a good job (insert management/owner setting you up to fail/non-supportive). The wait was fairly long and when given to me I checked the fries. They were only warm and definitely old. They immediately dropped a new batch and expedited some fresh hot fries. Appreciate the works, but management needs to step up and help them/the location be successful.

Stopped for a quick bite in Ann Arbor at a location where I’m not used to stopping. Food is decent. Better than the other fast food establishments. Service was almost overly friendly. I will take that over the usually surly and less than helpful servers in other places. Keep the cheer coming on.

I just visited around an hour before close and I’m pretty sure it was just one dude inside doing everything. the food was hot and fresh, fairly-priced (I got the 2 for $7) and for having so little staff, the food came out fast! nonetheless, the gentleman at the window apologized for the wait and was super nice. overall a great experience despite them being understaffed!

They always seem nice but often are missing items or give the incorrect order entirely. Normally the food is either warm or room temperature, especially the fries, they are very warm or room temperature or missing.

Every sandwich I saw them“prepare”, including the Weygo burgers, were all microwaved!! Not cooked, or grilled. Just microwaved everything! Will not be coming back here!!
