Decent food, Burgers, shrimp, chicken, things like that. Everything came out hot and the waitress was very nice. Can’t ask for much else. Better than anything you can get at any other truck stops. They have a fair amount of truck parking in the back. Goes by a different name though but still a good little place

Great find! Breakfast burrito was tasty but the cheeseburger was delicious. The portions were big and the prices were low. Great old school truck stop diner. Excellent service too. I think the name has changed to Big Poppa’s.

Cajun bees no longer exists. It’s now poppas diner. While the food is edible and the staff is nice, I wouldn’t recommend eating there. Burger was over cooked and chicken & sausage gumbo had no flavor and no sausage. Also, they are not doing breakfast now.

Decent home-style cooked meals at a reasonable price. Friendly staff most of the time. They keep it clean. Conjoined with a convenient store and a casino. So, yoh can eat, get gas and if you’re feeling lucky yoh might win playing some slots. Not hard to find; right off I-20 for good eating.

Had the shrimp poboy that was pretty good. Dont go for the lunch special though. Sides were the true stars. Smashed potatoes mac n cheese and the baked beans…yum. Friendly staff. Very local crowd was friendly. Clean and ample parking. No wait for lunch.
