Why was I charged a additional $5.50 to-go service charge when I dined in and asked for a egg cheese and bacon on toast to go after I was done eating? The service charge was more than the sandwich! To top it off there was a guy sleeping literally in the little spot by the drinks machine. Head in arms sleep! Waitress gonna say when I questioned the extra charge, the big boss is here and he had told me in the past about not charging the service charge. I had the right mind to ask to speak to the big boss. But you know what, never again!!! They can have that lil $5.50, It won’t happen again cause I won’t be back! Ridiculous!

I tried to call in my order, no one answered the phone. I went in person thinking maybe they were dealing with a crowd and couldn’t take over the phone orders. When I arrived, no one was there. The food was okay, my bacon was closer to burnt than crispy, and Waffle House charges a “Supplies Fee” and a “To-Go” fee that was about 20% of my bill.

Won’t be coming back. They were more concerned about goofing around with each other than getting my order correct. The food was cold and the service was subpar at best. It wasn’t too busy, either, which made it worse. For what I spent, it definitely wasn’t worth it.

I thought the place was closed, I walked in and did not see any movement. Then I notice a guy laying on the table sleep, a cook, I said hello about 5 times each time I got louder and louder and he eventually woke up and said sorry and asked what can he get for me. Then another lady served came out the bathroom and there was two tables that was dirty. So upset. I hope the food taste good.
