Visited first time today for lunch. A co-worker suggested the place, however I was told the only draw back was speed and if you’re time pressed it’s not the place to go. Had a little extra time today on lunch, so decided to give it a try. Overall, I was not impressed at all. It started with the young lady taking orders, who had no knowledge of the menu and had a very unpleasant attitude. After ordering a mushroom Swiss burger fries, and drink and my buddy ordered a burger, fries and drink the bill came to roughly $38 before tip and $43 after tip. Seemed a little excessive for just burger and fries for lunch, however having never been, I had high expectations for these $20 burgers. Alas, I was very disappointed. It was a burger on Bunny Bread bun topped with Swiss cheese and canned mushrooms. I do not want to say it was bad, but for practically $20 per meal, I had much higher expectations. I had the same feeling you get after visiting the food court at in airport and feel like you’ve been severely overcharged for just ‘ok’ food. As I was eating in sheer disappointment, I tried to see, what other people were ordering and maybe some how I screwed up. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, maybe I should have picked something else on the menu. Finally, I’m not saying the food was bad, however, my opinion is that for merely just a hamburger and fries, $43 seems rather excessive. There are may other places, with better, faster service and better food for much less in cost. I won’t be back, however I wish the restaurant well.

They have AMAZING breakfast! The cook was swamped this morning and she still dished out a 5 star meal with hardly any wait. HIGHLY recommend you give it a try! Staff is always super nice with superb service!

umm first off i found a hair in my food.. maybe if they put their hair up their wouldn’t of been. also didn’t get any of our food right. forgot the chili for the burger. gave me the wrong eggs. terrible. never going back. do not recommend.

Always slow getting food, food is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Burgers are just blah bunny bread buns nothing appealing about them. Always smell horrible when you leave the establishment. Don’t really have one good thing to say about the place

We arrived at 1030 on a Sat. Morning. Employee at the counter was very frustrated and said she’d been non stop for 3 hours. Not friendly or happy to see us. As we started to order, the cook yelled from somewhere unseen that it would be at least an hour. We’ve been there several times before with a healthy amount of patrons at lunch and have never had to wait at least an hour. Maybe they were short staffed. No apologies offered. We left. Very poor customer service all around.

Nice place, but chairs are meant for smaller people, not very comfortable. The bathroom was gross as the previous person couldn’t figure out how to flush the “wave your hand over toilet” I had an omelet, and the eggs were not done in several places. My husband had B&G, which he said was good, but the side of sausage patties he had were not very good at all. The place got smoky while they were cooking that my eyes were burning.
