Miss Tina is the best! She is so friendly and accommodating. And that’s just the surface. The food is unbelievable, super flavorful and great ingredients. The facilities are clean and it has a kitschy but inviting atmosphere. Please come here, it is the best crab house in Savannah!

Definitely skip this one. I just left. The food is bland due to being poorly seasoned. I ordered the chowder and scallop/shrimp entree. Both the seafood and vegetable side (broccoli) were from frozen. It was incredibly slow, but the service was bad. Had to ask the server for a refill, utensils, and the check. The family was present. Toddlers were running around, behind the bar, and near to go order pickup. The women of the family were all in the booths, ignoring the children and were extremely loud, creating a terrible atmosphere. There was no celebration, it appeared to be an everyday occurrence. Reminded me of a cheapish nail salon. I didn’t want to take my box home. Savannah has some amazing restaurants. This isn’t one. They also have a sign up offering a discount for reviews. That should clear up why they have some good ones…

Ok, so food was outstanding. When I went on Mother’s Day, the service was smooth. Waitress was friendly and attentive, and when I say food was fresh, honey, we ordered the family a meal ( iforgot the exact name) and asked for all seasonings on it. I thought it’d be salty or overwhelming. But no, it was the perfect blend, and everything was so fresh that it would definitely come back more. They also gave us a rose after our meal. Ontop of great service, we received a free kids shrimp basket for my daughter

Horrible dining experience. The food was wonderful but the experience was destroyed by the horrible customer service. Our group of 9 (7 individual checks) arrived and for the majority of our 2 hours there we we’re the only occupied table plus a few patrons at the bar. It took 20 minutes to get silverware, another 20 minutes to get a drink refill and even then it was warm tea with no ice, waited almost 30 minutes for a to-go bag that never arrived and when we finally received our checks there was a 35% gratuity added to each one, every check had an extra dozen oysters added even for thos who didn’t order or eat oysters, the manager on duty had a horrible attitude, took 3 different attempts to get the checks even close to right which never did quite happen, and the manager continued to argue about an automatic 18% gratuity being required even with the horrible service provided but our checks were 35%. Im all for gratuity but there should be a bare minimum requirement of service. If you do choose to eat here, make sure to review your check before paying because there is no telling how mucn extra they make overcharging orders. If their service matched their food it would be a great place and you’d think that no busier than they were the service would be spot on.

We visited on a Wednesday. There very few people there. It seemed well-staffed to handle the amount of customers dining in and at the bar. The food wasn’t anything special…seafood in a bag. The seasoning was great and very generous. Our server Cindy was polite and professional. The space is decorated with a great nautical theme. Around 8 tvs spread throughout the restaurant were showing different sports when we were dining. Overall I would say it’s a good value and a comfortable meal. I’d recommend OD to anyone in the area or just looking for a change of scenery from downtown or the Islands.
