I’ve tried to give this location a second chance, but operationally, they continue to fail. Their hot and ready slogan is a marketing lie. It’s been 20 minute waits the last couple of times, so I tried the online ordering, only to be told once I got there that it would be a 20 minute wait. No one goes to Little Caesars for the quality of the pizza. It’s supposed to be the convenience that makes this a weeknight option, but I could have gone to Papa Murphys, heated my own oven, and eaten a better product in the same amount of time.

Vidi or Viri was excellent in her customer service! Checked the pizza before giving it out unlike some others that just toss in dry pizza. She made sure it was fresh. We appreciate that. Other times the pizza has been dry, not this time. She also gave a bag for our wings and sauces in which no one has done that before.

If I could give this little ceasars 0 starts I would. They never have pizzas ready and when they do they’re old and dry. They must have some of the laziest employees. Because every time a customer walks in they have no choice but to wait for a pizza. Even if they’re slow. Please get better employees or a new manager !!!

There’s always a problem here. Orders have been placed online, and then staff never submitted them. So I have come at my portal pickup time and been asked to wait an additional 30 minutes because somebody didn’t do their job. The Management’s desire to correct, and compensate their mislead guests is abysmal, and I have yet to be even apologized to for the inconveniences. Today I placed an order for a Deep Dish Pizza and ICB. When I arrived they tried to give me a personal pizza. instead of offering to make it right or apologizing for yet another mistake here; I was offered a refund and reorder. It would be nice for people to say “Hey, I made a mistake. How can we fix this for you?” Instead, I’m wasting another 45 minutes because someone couldn’t take 5 minutes to do theirs.

Every time that I’ve ordered from this location, John does an incredible job. He’s always hustling to take orders politely, accurate with orders, always working in the back to move product, and showing great work ethic. A real credit to Little Caesars Pizza.

I ordered a custom pizza, they took an old pizza and put my toppings on them and i didn’t get pepperoni. So they were not trying to hide the fact that they would prefer to use an old pizza. The crust was so hard and so thin. Ehhh

Customers are inconvenience to staff and will be insulted not worth the price.. Get a tonys from wall mart or a take and bake.. The assistant manager will call you a liar and of proven wrong still wont care

Came to our local Little Ceasars which I have never been to before. Have been to a few around town and Albuquerque. However upon entering this one the workers were having a great time. The pizza was the best I have experienced from around town. Great amount of cheese which I feel others really have skimped on and the crazy bread was well buttered. They really are doing what my old home towns Little Ceasars taste and feel was like. I would go here again for a quick “hot and ready” meal!

Having managed in the pizza industry at busy stores, I can attest to how a good store should be run. The employees here have one speed when doing any job in the store and that speed is slow. There’s no sense of urgency, but there’s definitely plenty of laughter coming from the slow employees and plenty of off key singing in the back.
