So what would you expect to get w/a $6+ French DIP & Swiss? Dip right? Got the bottom of the barrel literally. Burnt tasting & sour. Sandwich is dry to start & NEEDS au jus. Giving two spoonfuls is pointless. And being it was the bottom of the batch it was so burnt & foul tasting. Next time check your stock before making the order & handing the au jus last when it’s ‘too late’ to change order.

Had take out wagu burgers. Took them out at home and they were bloody. Called to let manager know and she argued that they were supposed to be mid rare. Tried to explain they were raw and she started to argue again. So I said that I just wanted to let her know and then hung.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This restaurant has got to be the worst in the Jefferson county area! The general manager (Russ) seems to know nothing about respect and is very unprofessional to say the least. I worked there for a short period of time. I witnessed another employee drop a sandwich then proceeded to still put it in the bag, and serve it! The dish bins are so filthy and have mold in them. It’s way too gross. I will be recommending everyone I know to not eat at this location, and especially to never work at this location!
