Drive through experience is average with food usually to expectations. Setup of drive through line is however awkward and not in the best position to transition cars from parking lot to the drive through.

They’re doing a magnificent job! Every time I go here I am amazed by the service. It’s one thing to get an order right and cook food correctly, but this Taco Bell goes above and beyond. I can tell they take pride in ensuring customer satisfaction. This Taco Bell is leagues ahead of all the chains near by not just Taco Bell. Unfortunately the other chains cannot compare. The manager should feel very proud this is a rare feat in the service industry to provide quality service. I would give this a 10 star rating if I could. They are truly a class act, to reiterate this location exemplifies the top notch service in the industry. They should be shown more appreciation, they should be shown the appreciation they deserve.

I have never reviewed or read a review for a taco bell (shouldn’t they all be the same?), but this was the worst experience I have ever had at one and I hope this may help the few people who read these. I’ve never got a wrong order at taco bell before, but the staff here seemed really disengaged and must be so because they gave me not only the wrong burritos but the wrong number. It is really run down and I outdated –they have you park and walk the food to your car because — and they don’t have an electronic order screen that allows you to correct the workers’ mistakes. Literally THE WORST. I love taco bell and hope people go and support it, but save yourself the frustration she go to any other location.

Every time I order food here with no cheese, they put cheese on it. Every single time. I even check with the person at the window and they confirm it, then I open the wrapper and there’s cheese. Stop it.

Definetly FAST FOOD. This Taco Bell use to be good. (YEARS AGO.) Maybe a decade or 2 ago. Honestly, I go every once in awhile. We gave it one more chance and we definitely are not coming back. This time the order was right but some were burned. (I don’t get the Supreme Tacos anymore cause they look like they were microwaved.) When I asked for the receipt, the cashier (drive-thru) was taking it out of the trash and straightening it. (Seriously!) Also when I asked for there ours, they said that they open at 10 AM. (The website says this location opens at 8 AM.) Can’t even add the rewards cause it’s “KFC”/Taco Bell, so that sucks. Honestly, I prefer the Taco Bell on Burke Centre Pkwy, Burke, VA – Friendly, Clean and they get the order right! Go to that location.

Small over salted and dried chicken pieces. It’s always a gamble to order chicken, they either give you one thigh or they give you the trash selection of small wings and dried breasts. Wanted to share with family but this will only feed two at most.

The worst taco bell I been to. The manager has an attitude when I went to show them how they messed up my charges. They never ever give you a receipt unless you ask for it, which would be helpful to know they made the wrong item or charged you incorrectly before you drive home to find out what they messed up on. They dont pick up their phones. They always get something wrong ie chicken instead of cheese quesadilla. You cant even get a refund you have to drive all the way back for them to replace a $3 item they screwed up on to begin with.
