Very nice employees they were very friendly prices are a little high my dressing was really dry but they were out of gravy, very clean in there I didn’t have time to sit an dine maybe next time if I go back. The catfish was very good but my food was really salty.

Me & my children enjoyed the meal. My children are sometimes hard to please so I liked the fact that my money/ the food wasn’t wasted. The kids ordered fried chicken wings & waffles & I ordered a turkey leg with Mac & cheese/ candied yams on top. Everything was tasty but what stood out the most was the pleasant/ clean atmosphere. One lady with beautiful silver hair (I believe she said she was the mother of one of the restaurants owners) was very attentive to me & I felt uplifted by her conversation & show of love! Such a beautiful encounter & experience overall! ❤️

The people here are really nice. That’s what got them 3 stars. The food is well prepared. I tasted the food of the person I was with and the fish and grits were amazing. I never received my order, well, because they are simply not staffed properly. Even for a self-serve model, the kitchen was under staffed. I wasted 45 mins of my day waiting for a waffle that never came. They are not ready for prime time. That’s too bad.

The place is nice but the food was terrible. Out of a group of 6, we only liked the fried catfish. The food is warm and tastes old due to it being buffet style and just sitting there. We came early so we were 1 of 2 tables there. Food should definitely be served to order to have better potential

Lillie Mae’s Southern Buffet is absolutely delicious! They offer a wide variety (fried chicken, baked chicken, ox tails, pork chops, ribs, fish, grits, dressing, macaroni and cheese, greens, peach cobbler, banana pudding, sweet potato pie, and etc.) of southern favorites. I had fried chicken, collard greens, cornbread, macaroni and cheese and candied yams. The food was hot, fresh and seasoned to perfection. They were crowded. However, the staff was friendly, efficient and kept up with the flow of customers. The food was well worth the wait! If your Granny is the best cook, but don’t feel like cooking, Lillie Mae’s is the place for down home southern food! I definitely recommend Lillie Mae’s Southern Buffet!

Ordered the stuffed turkey Leg…. toppings was good but meat was tough and bland and corn bread was cold. We also ordered a waffle and it wasn’t cooked properly….batter was coming out of it when cut. We changed the meal and was charged additional for another meal and not compensated for the mistake. We watched several people walk out because the sign says brunch buffet and when people found out it’s not all you can eat they felt mislead….very disappointing and a waist of our money.
