All I wanted was a chai with espresso shot. This is the 3rd time I have gone to a Dunkin Donuts and was told the machine for the frothing is not working. The server was so sweet and she explained that the night before server didn’t clean. Ugghh. DD you can definitely do better! Please try.

Terrible service this morning. Waiting in parking lot till they opened. Was barked at when walked into door . It was 5:09 a.m all the ladies were talking turns smoking cigs one went in and one would run out and rip butts like champions. Went to order at Dunkin’s counter. Was told to walk to end of counter near pick up window . Was very odd and not proper service at all.on top of all that waiting. The crusty lady said no bagels no croissants no nothing because all the time they had this morning Insted of smoking cigs outside they could have been preparing food. Unprofessional disrespectful and rude customer service and if I could give no star I would!

They will literally ignore customers in store until they finish huge Mobil orders that haven’t even arrived at the store yet. Took 20 minutes to get a single doughnut. No drinks. No hot food. Just a simple grab off the shelf doughnut. I wouldn’t recommend coming here for a quick grab

Slowest drive thru ive ever been in. Once spent 20+ minutes in line with only 3 cars ahead of me. The employees can’t comprehend the slightest of requests, and 9 out of 10 iced coffees I get they walk off without handing me a straw. When I get anything toasted, its either burnt to black or not toasted at all. Is it that hard to work at dunkin? I feel that actual baboons can do a better job at running a smooth fast food/coffee chain. Would recommend going elsewhere for coffee.

Consistently the poorest service of any DD I go to. Unfortunately it’s one of the closest and I frequently drive by it. However, I’ve now gotten to the point I usually just avoid going there. When you go inside, they act like they don’t even see you.

I pass by this place 4x a week as I go to work to pittsfield. I order the same and the people that works there they do remember and they great you. There is few coworkers there that makes my day super special The it’s one of them. He is always in a good mood and it’s so respectful. I hope he always is there to great me, what a nice person and a great customer service. The coffee it’s always made the right way for me, and the multigram bagel are always fresh and not toast burned. They put a good amount of (strawberry) cream cheese. Of all Dunkin that I pass by I do stop in this specific one. I know I will have what I did asked and not a hard old bagel or tasteless last part of an ice old coffee.
