Stopped to get a mocha paid six dollars threw out a dollor tip and was given a plain coffee with whipped cream. I took it back and got the mocha but it seemed intentional out of laziness. I think that’s my last Starbucks!

Usually stop here before heading to work since it’s on my way. A few times they didn’t have Caramel for my Macchiato, but who doesn’t have items on backorder! I sure do and i manage a medical facility. There is definitely a shortage on everything and anything.

I usually enjoy this Starbucks. Except this time, a tall guy with red highlights, made this “caramel ribbon frappe”. No coffee, taste like water with spots of caramel syrup, not even the vanilla frappe. Not sure if he was checking my wallet thinking I was suppose to tip first( I tip when I see you made my drink how you would your own) . So, he messed up both of my orders on purpose.

They were out of everything in the case and venti cups among drinks. Looked like manager was there doing inventory but I highly doubt it’ll be fixed because it seemed her and the employee “working” were more interested in gossiping than dealing with the rush they got at 3ish.

Actually never left a negative review before but hope this is helpful internally & to customers. The staff was so unfriendly and miserable. I’ve worked customer facing jobs my entire life, I’ll be the first to sympathize if someone is having a bad day. Staff was rude start to finish, got my order wrong and after the incorrect drink was remade it still wasn’t what I had asked for and clarified before being remade. The employee who remade my drink made me feel guilty for even asking. I only purchase Starbucks as a treat, today this was definitely not a treat.

It’s rare that I leave a negative review. It has to be pretty bad in order for me to do this. The only reason that I’m giving it 1 is because of the two ladies who work usually in the afternoon do a fantastic job. Others I would give it no stars if I could. This place is never open or if it is, it’s poorly staffed. I came in this morning around 8 AM and the woman there said she wasn’t open yet because the opener didn’t show up. I went back at 12:30 and the person who was there was no longer there and the Starbucks was closed. Either she walked out or that was the shortest shift ever. I’ve actually walked out before because there was literally what seemed to be a homeless man working behind the counter. God forbid you have any allergies because this man was using the same dirty cup to mix every drink in. The place was filthy. More often than not this place is closed when I come in. It’s convenient because it’s two blocks away from my office. I used to be a regional operations manager for a very well-known yoga chain. When people didn’t show up I would go in. That was a part of my job. I never see any management come in and help these poor people working here, providing anyone actually shows up. If they did maybe they would work a little harder at staffing and consistency. Starbucks makes plenty of money, there’s absolutely no reason that management should not show up in lieu of their staff not arriving. I am a firm believer and leading by example. This Starbucks is the absolute worst and it’s clear that they have no management. Starbucks you need to step it up. You’re a terrible example of leadership in business.
