I sent my 13 year old daughter to run in while I waited in the car to grab our take out order, the staff told her they remembered her coming in last time to get take out and told her she didn’t leave them a tip last time. And that she is supposed to leave a tip this time. She filled in 5.00 but no one should ever make a child tip for a carry out order of one pizza. We used to get carry out twice a week, but we will never be back again. Ever.

We met a group of people for a total of 8 in the party on Sunday evening. The service was very, very slow. We ordered a family salad and when it finally was delivered, it came without any plates or bowls to serve it in. We had to wait a good 15-20 minutes for paper plates. The drinks when ordered took a good 20 minutes to arrive for each refill and the pizza was lackluster for the cost. I’ve visited other Bearnos in the Louisville area and found the service far superior to what we encountered tonight.

First time visiting. Didn’t look like a Bearno’s from the outside due to advertising restrictions but certainly is a Bearnos.

The price of a small Buffalo pizza was over 17 dollars. 15 would been high enough. Waitress was very attentive, just forgot to mention 1.50 difference between buffalo and bbq. Which is crazy. If I ever eat here again I will stick to a salad and watch them.

Loved the outdoor area. The food is good, The Waitresses friendly, however management his not hard enough waitresses so service is slow. The band was great a lot of older music, a lot of fun! I was able to bring my dog, he also enjoyed the food and the music.

Great food and service! David, the kitchen manager, came out to talk with us and was very friendly. He did a wonderful job with the lasagna and even brought me a sample stuffed mushroom from the staff dinner he made. Will definitely be back!

I tried to eat here recently, and it was business as usual. They definitely were not seating at a lower capacity. Plus, after waiting 2 hours for our pizza, the order came out wrong. They didn’t charge us for it, but it was very disappointing. I used to love this place.

Pizza is great and if you can sit outside its very nice. Service is friendly but if there’s a crowd it’s a little slow

What can be said about this place. The pie is really good. The wife and I stayed at an air b and b around the way. We noticed this place was open and popped in. The decor is what you would expect for a old bar/yacht club. Rustic wood. There was a band or should I say a guy on a guitar. He was awesome. Don’t know his name but he rocked out some old 80’s and 90s. I have to say I did get the dry rubbed wings as well. I am a fan. They hit the spot. If you are in or around the area this is a great little spot to grab a beer have some kickass pie and listen to some great tunes. We also met the owner. Really nice guy with a huge personality.

Came in placed a to go order.. Waited about 30 mins. A few people came in AFTER I placed my order. After seeing a table get served that came in well after I placed my order, i asked about my order and was informed that my order was JUST NOW going in the oven. Seems the folks that strolled in AFTER i placed my order were given my order considering they ordered a Mama Bearno’s special just as I did. NEVER should anyone have to wait over am hour for a pizza when the place is NOT even busy. Based off that experience alone I’d never return to this location but will patronize the other locations… Maybe
