The staff was rude, didn’t know what was going on. Had multiple people opening and closing my food touching it with their dirty hands. Waited 20 mins for a breakfast sandwich meal. Didn’t get my drink, staff acted put out when I asked for it. Ended up leaving as asking for my money back at that point would have been an even bigger hassle. This place is terrible!

I just left McDonald’s on Cantrell. There is a lady that’s working the second window she handed me my mocha frappe she looked at me a rolled her eyes at me did not say hello or nothing she has a real bad attitude her hair is very messy all over her head like she got out the bed. Don’t come to work like that. And take out your problems on the customers. And looks like she didn’t even wash her face this morning don’t be a hater on women how keep themselves up. On top of this McDonald’s being really slow, even when ordering through the mobile app and only having to pick it up, my burger was also undercooked and the fries at the bottom of the bag had more salt on them than the ones in the fry box. Every time I try to give this McDonald’s another chance, they show me why I should never go there again. The only plus about the restaurant is the employees are genuine for the most part.

This place sucks! I ordered a Big Mac. Drove back to Job site a few miles away. Took a bite of sandwich and something was missing. I took bun off top and only had 1 beef patty in the sandwich! Ok.. honest mistake so I drove back and brought it to managers attention and cool they replaced sandwich. So I get back to my truck and open sandwich and once again.. Only 1 patty!
