1st of all, I have to start with the barista was dealing with a really irrational customer when I got there and the way that she handled it was so IMPRESSIVE. I honestly have never seen somebody be so kind to somebody so nasty before. 2nd of all, I had no idea what I wanted and I asked her to surprise me, and she made me probably the best coffee I’ve ever had. 11 out of 10 cannot recommend her/this location enough.

I was really disappointed in my dirty Chai latte, it just tasted like milk. My points were taken when I was trying to use a reward, she said she fixed it but we had to redo the transaction like 3 times and I never got my points back.

I always go to this location even if it’s out of my way. The staff is friendly, customer service is great, & that is huge for me. My order is always correct & staff apologize if there was a long wait.

Always enjoy a stop at Starbucks. They really stepped up their pastries and foods that are available in store. I also appreciate that if I don’t like how my coffee tastes they will remake it for me to my specifications. On occasion we will bring a board game to our local Starbucks and play while drinking coffee in their lounge area. Good times!

Starbucks, this one in particular is amazing the manager sets the tone making their level of service nothing short of world class. Their filters and machines remain serviced and clean which can be attested to by the flavor of the coffee which transcends their other locations. This shop has an upbeat feel with an energy that screams downtown coffee shop.
