On Sunday August 27th around 10:50pm I place an drive thru order and damn what a mistake…. It took almost 30 minutes to get the 3 meals right. All employees all males where HIGH on something very HIGH. When I got home all my meals where messed up, cold and I was scared of feeding these to my family, looked like they threw them to the floor. The employee forgot to give back my debit card after I paid for my food. The next day, I went down to the store and was told they did not have the card. I quickly drove to the bank, cancelled my debit card, only to find out my card had been used to get gas, two hours after I had driven off. Burger King was the last stop before I went home. I will NEVER go back to this Burger King. BEWARE THEY SEEM TO HIRE UNSCRUPULOUS EMPLOYEES.

All three men made my order over again and were extremely kind and understanding. Even went out of the way to make the kids Happy. Without these three I would NEVER RETURN to this store. This is the first time I’ve left a review before but this place calls for it. Where do I even start? It’s always blistering hot inside as if the A/C isn’t working (couple times they just had all of the doors open, meaning the 88 degrees outside was actually cooler than the inside. Orders are always getting messed up. I’ve been to this location about 8 times and of those times I think I’ve gotten the exact right order twice. Food is far below average for fast food. Might just be Burger King in general, haven’t been to another location in years. Fries always taste plain or cold. Meat is dry. Toppings are either dry or slimy. And the most annoying thing is that despite both online and on the doors claiming the inside is open until 10PM, they lock the doors and go into drive-thru only mode at like 6PM every day and claim it’s because of being “short staffed”. I don’t blame the staff for any of these issues. This is top tier neglect from the top down.

I love Burger King. However, this particular location I have not had a good time with recently or over the past few years. I’ve had my order mixed up several times, this last time I tried the new spicy chicken fries with some regular fries and also a burger and a Coke. The burger and the Coke were great. The fries, however, were not fresh. If the fries are not fresh then let me know or don’t give them to me. I have fries at home. I can also microwave it for much cheaper. Also those chicken fry fingers or whatever they’re called could have been delicious. They tasted like they were microwaved. If they were fried at some point I wouldn’t be able to tell. It tasted like Save-A-Lot discount, bargain chicken finger sticks.

I just don’t get it. Sometimes the egg on the croissant will be nice and fluffy other times, It looks like it got ran over by a semi truck, that was today. Just maybe work on consistency look at the sandwiches and ask yourself does this look appetizing??
