As someone who loves ramen, this wasn’t even close to the best I’ve ever had. There was a thick and noticeable layer of oil on top of the broth which I almost never see from a premium bowl (or any other). It really made the whole experience a mess and quite off-putting. I think if I were to drink the broth afterwards, I wouldn’t be able to keep it down. The pork bowl had bits of caramelized(?) pulled pork which were tasty but didn’t really add much to the flavor. Also, the egg was just ok, a bit gritty and bland. I feel bad posting this because the dumplings were delicious, but for a $12 bowl, you’re better off just buying a packet of Shin Black ramen at the grocery for $2.49. The owners seem really nice and I hope they increase the quality or decrease the price of their ramen because it just wasn’t good.

If you have experienced authentic ramen then this is not the food for you. They say they use pork belly but they use pulled pork. Very poor quality, I’d suggest instant ramen before trying this. Plus they serve tacos and hotdogs? This the strangest combination of food I’ve ever seen.

Best Ramen in town. I love the soy mirin eggs, and pork belly that come with it! Not sure what these other reviews are all about. You guys need to get your taste buds checked if this wasn’t a 5 star experience! Plus the owners are super nice!

The two people working the truck were friendly however the food was very disappointing. I got the pork ramen and the flavor was just not very good. Service is probably 4/5 while taste is 2/5.

The pork ramen is very flavourful, but I recommend to not drink the broth because it’s very fatty and I’d also add in the hot peppers for spice. But overall was really good
