If your in Chinatown and want something fast and convenient, come here Tasty place is pretty tasty. I was surprised how moist and full of clover the chicken fried rice was. I don’t see it cooked like this anywhere on the west coast. We also got the beef chow fun which was really good as well it’s not dry at all, only thing I wish was there was more beef because it was so modify and juicy so good.

The food was fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. It was disappointing they didn’t have dim sum available at night like some of the other places in Chinatown do, but that just means more non dim sum menu items to choose from. Everything was delicious, and the portion sizes were very good for the prices. What I found fascinating was I was the only one eating in the restaurant but there was a constant stream of takeout orders, so this definitely is a great place to get food from!

Very cozy place with tasty and affordable food. We ordered six dishes plus smoothie. You can easily get a delicious meal under 10 dollars. My salt and pepper tofu could use a bit more veggies though. The sesame chicken was a tad too sweet. Still, would highly recommend visiting.

We arrived Chinatown early and wasn’t quite ready for lunch yet so we order SOE dim sum and a fried flat noodles with gravy. The noodle is super tasty and the dim sum taste is reasonable. With the price they offer, nothing to complain about. On the second day we went back for more dishes to go, the portion is huge and the taste is really really good. We will definitely back if we visit Chicago again.

Overall we got nice food at a very good value. The youtiao was a bit harder than I would have liked. The staff are very friendly, but be aware that they speak Cantonese and not all of them speak Mandarin. Seating is limited so you may have to share a table.

Came before 8am on Sunday. It was already filled. This probably is a usual gathering for lots of older Chinese men for their early morning breakfast. Small family run shop. Super reasonable prices and food was good. Dim sum items are made to order. Wanted to get some egg tarts but they weren’t ready yet. Will try again next time!
