I went with my 2 kids and my mom around 11:00pm and our server Kaitlyn was beyond amazing!!!! I haven’t had that great of a customer service in a long time, she made us feel very welcomed and tend to our needs before we even ask! And the food was AMAZING! I had stopped going to Waffle House because the food was always greasy and felt like the cooks didn’t enjoy their job. I didn’t get the name of the cook a young men with dreads I believe. The potatoes were crispy, the sandwich was perfectly made, everything was a 10/10! Will be coming back ❤️

The food was alright, but the service was terrible!! There were 7 employees working and close to half of the restaurant was empty, but we still had to wait almost 10 minutes just to even be recognized while sitting right in front of them at the counter. The waitress was super chatty with fellow employees, but goes quiet and cold when talking to us and won’t even look us in the eyes. She never checked in on us either. She only came back to give us our check.

Called and placed a to-go order and it was ready in 10 minutes as promised, fantastic. However, there’s an additional charge now for to-go orders that I wasn’t made aware of when I ordered. Took a $30 order to almost $40 for 3 hashbrown bowls with no extras. It won’t stop me from visiting, but I’ll make more time to go in from now on.

We were approached by Kia (waitress), who was very pleasant and kind. She immediately asked if we were ready to order. We ordered, and she suggested ordering differently that saved a few dollars. Very impressive. The orders were ready very quickly per our request. Great job Kia and the Waffle house cooks. Very tasty. Yes, if in the area I will return. Thanks guys!!!

Service sucked, only six tables, three were empty hadn’t been bused had to sit there 15 minutes nobody cleaned any of the tables or even acknowledged we were there. Had seven people who are suppose to be working. Young black guy cooking and the old man cooking even tried asking whose table it was, we left when the lazy waitresses were arguing over whose table it was, seems they don’t want to make money. It’s by the house so been there a lot, this crew there now really sucks!

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE AT A WAFFLE HOUSE EVER! Little to no concern over complaints. Food not fully cooked. Huge chunks of onion mostly raw in hashbrowns. Long hair in biscuits and gravy. Well done hashbrowns not even close to cooked Well. Bacon requested to be medium was crunchy as a cracker. Rest of meal came out while waiting on 8 year olds meal for an additional 10 minutes. Had to ask a couple times for drink refills and only got one cup of coffee. Did not bring Togo at all after it was requested. Never brought bill. 10% discount was not enough to make me come back.
