I order from here all the time, and I’ve honestly had nothing but good experiences. Sometimes the employees are kind of in their zone and aren’t as outgoing but it’s all good. I will never order food from this place I see the employee digging her nose and touch the food the pizza that she’s preparing N numerous of times and when I pointed out to her yelling at her to not continue touching the food after picking her nose. After making several orders previously and paying for “double” and “extra” onions and NEVER getting even a normal portion off onions on my pizza, I called the restaurant to ask if they could make sure that they would do this on this occasion. The manager came on the phone (Ernest) and basically told me that because the onions are white, they cannot be seen under the cheese. He refused to use any customer service skills (obviously he didn’t have any) to try and accommodate my request. He just deflected then blamed me and said I couldn’t see them. How about tasting them Ernest ?? He made excuses saying he had been there for over 10 years and NEVER had any complaints. Obviously Ernest was lying, looking at the reviews below. I don’t seem to be the only one having experienced a bad time along with a bad attitude. Keep away, I will be from now on! As you can see from the last Pizza I ordered (paying for double onions) your lucky if you can spot the odd one.

I had ordered a pepperoni sausage pizza with fanta and they made me stand in there for 45 min watching everyone get their food. Then the guy calls me over after throwing a bunch of food around and not being neat and gives me the wrong order so I left with nothing and through money away! So here’s your one star! Congrats!

I ordered by phone a large pizza with 5 toppings 1/27/2022 for only $10.99 + tax which no other pizza place could beat. But, when I ate a slice the sauce was too moist like Ketchup and the cheese seems not cooked enough. 1st time this happened. This place on Poinsettia and Sunset Blvd in Hollywood is my fave place to order. I didn’t enjoy their pizza. Probably, they’re swamped with orders. However, still my fave place. I Will give them another chance.
