The restaurant itself is modern with a convenient location in a strip mall. Good experience in terms of food however in terms of service staff forgot about me after they took my order for at least 10-15 minutes. Besides that it was good pizza for the price. I always enjoy the speed of a Hot N Ready pizza from this chain, unfortunately I had a much longer wait because they were not aware I was waiting for an order I had placed and already paid for with a cashier. Another customer who walked in and placed order at counter right before me was served quickly and I waited patiently for awhile placing my order directly after her. She was served by same employee pretty fast. And even though I paid and waited with no concerns, the employee I ordered with didn’t communicate to the one serving me I was there and waiting for my order. I was asked why I was waiting there and I had to inform him the other gentleman had taken my order already. In that time they picked up the pace and I was served. There was no one else in lobby besides me during the time of my ordering- I was there alone and they were only dealing with online orders. Disappointing customer service for me.

Even with low expectations I was thoroughly disappointed. The ordering online was easy. I only chose this place because my kid wanted pretzel crust. He was happy… his turned out cooked well.

Not sure if they changed how they make their deep dish pizza but I’ve never gotten one that looks like this. Waited 20 minuets which I didn’t mind at first, but then they came to ask the name on our order again and told us they forgot to put our pizza in and to be given this was very disappointed.

I ordered a cheesy bread, and the workers said 10 minutes. Went to my car and came back in ten minutes later. They had forgotten to even start cooking my food. Apologized and said give them another 10 minutes. Came back in ten later and they still weren’t done with it. After almost 30 minutes with maybe 10 people coming and going during that time (not very busy at this time) I asked for a refund out of frustration, and they refused. Not coming back here. It should not take that much time on a slow period to make freaking bread and refuse to compensate for their error.

I would have never thought that I would actively choose little Caesars over other pizza delivery spots but more and more that’s what happens. Pizza is good, and fast. The Marysville location could use a update just visually speaking. I guess if it ain’t broke don’t fix it.

Came on a Saturday night. Tried to place a pickup in advance an hour before close, but website would only let me order for pickup the next day. Arrived at 9:25pm and they were only making regular cheese or regular pepperoni – no deep dish, no stuffed crust, no Hawaiian, not even the little M&M dessert they advertised. While standing out front waiting for the order, I noticed they turned off the OPEN sign already. It was 9:34pm. They close at 10. Very disappointing experience.

We ordered a pizza online. We showed up 10 minutes later than expected and our pizza still wasn’t ready. They had forgotten our order and then quickly threw the pizza together. When we got home we found that the pizza was burned. We attempted to call the store but they just said, “Sorry about that,” and hung up on us. Go to another store. These guys deserve to shut down.

Told order would take 15 minutes, I don’t mind that. Take an extra ten even whatever. But 40 minutes to ask multiple employees what’s up, get no reply, and watch half of the employees stand there is honestly embarrassing. After asking for a refund so I can just leave already for ten minutes I got one. “Very cool Kanye” moment. Lol

This is a really bad little Ceasar. I usually enjoy gettin my pizza from here but lately it just gets worse and worse. Today I ordered online and when it said it was ready for pick up I go and I had to wait an additional 15 min. Only to get home and see that my pizza is still raw.
