My “Ultimate Cheeseburger” had around half the ketchup compared to other locations. Take the extra 2 minutes and drive to another Jack in the box. It’ll be worth it, trust.

Hispanic lady working the drive thru at night has to be the most disrespectful employee I’ve dealt with. Not once but twice. She argues and talks back to you like she were a teenage girl who was brought on to the Maury show by her parents. Last night I asked for a second to look at the menu and she didn’t respond. As I was lurking the different menu options she comes on the speaker and says “Are you ready now or do you need another hour” at first I thought it was funny. So I giggled and then she said “You need to hurry up because I have a line behind you” that’s when I knew it was the same rude lady from my past visit. I told her that the people behind me had to wait just like I did and she said “I’m going on my break while you decide then” I didn’t bother arguing with her, I simply told her she should quit her job if she hates it so much. Then drove out of the line and across the street to Carls Jr. where the service was excellent btw. She’s always laughing and chitchatting with her coworkers “chismeando” and even texting why you sit at the window waiting for your food to be ready. Never going back to that location until she gets fired. Makes me not want to visit any Jacks as a matter of fact!!!

Let me say, night management fat blonde lady at this JITB that claims that she’s “in charge” is always so rude and yelled at my wife and I ,numerous other costumers that sauces are 25 cents and I even see her yell and give attitude to some of the other employees which is beyond crazy , I have been to this location a few times and she’s always on her phone , talking bad about costumers! Too spensive, for non taste on food. You need to keep asking the staff for more ketchup or salsa. Because they only give you a little package for one taco or order of fries. If you don’t asked the for more before you leave; that’s it, you won’t go back. Even yesterday after eating the tacos and very little hamburger that they show “too big on the picture” l have been so uncorftable from my stomach. I don’t think l’ll be back there anymore. And will let my close friends and family know.
